Care and competence
Jake has come to our home multiple times over the past several years. He remembers the issues we discussed in the past and asks if they need to be addressed again. The technicians are very communicative about texting when they are scheduled to be at the house both prior and the day of service. After they send photos of where they treated for pests. Makes it easy to know what has been done and when.

My husband was home when tech arrived
My husband was home when tech arrived. Tech sprayed around the house/yard. When finished my husband went outside to shut the fence, and spoke to to the tech. Advised tech that our dog developed lyme disease late last Fall. Wanted to start spraying with deer/rabbit repellent. Tech said to wait a week. Then spray the repellent after each treatment. Yesterday sprayed the yard. Want to thank the tech for the advisement.
