Deceptive practices! Theft of the elderly!
They tell you one time 39.00 service will come back to talk contracts. Elderly do NOT know they sign up for 24 months and 199.00 cancel fee. Elderly does not read they have class action lawsuits. I will be telling everyone do NOT use aptiva !!!!

I was able to say hello, that I was so happy to see him, that I needed the inside and outside taken care of, and what I had seen. He took care of everything, and I was very happy!

My appointment was from 8-12. I Lost most of my day waiting for your technician to show up to treat my yard. I called your customer service number and spoke to a lady by the name of Sunshine. She said she sent your tech a message as to why he is late and for him to text me as to status. Here it is two hrs later and no response whatsoever! No call, no text. nothing. This situation has happened more than once. You can look up my file and see i've been a customer of yours for years. My address is 2927 Sunday Song, San Antonio, Texas, 78245. Looking forward to seeing a response to this letter. Frank Rodriguez

Each individual that has ever come out to service our address has always been courteous, extremely helpful and always respectful and considerate since we have dogs and a cat. Always an excellent job.

The company performed as promised for 11 months on a 12 month contract. But then they suddenly apparently could not deliver the type of services Aptive had been delivering previously at the end of the one year mark, so I’ve cancelled the contract due to their failure to (1) inform me of appointments in advance so they could get inside and treat the interior of my home as well as the exterior. (2) They failed to announce when they were on the way so I could allow entrance to them. (3) They failed to ask which areas might need special attention. (4). They failed to inform me where the mosquito traps had been placed. They switched product for mosquitos and neither product worked. We had never experienced mosquito issues in 49 years in the acre, but they may have created a new problem. (5) They suddenly failed to communicate with photos after treatment showing the areas treated on the property.
On a positive note, they were good about not treating bees, wasps nests, dirt dabbers and bat houses, as requested, unless the last two techs failed to honor that request.
They did offer a 50% off discount for an additional six months after they began to fail to perform, due to my call and complaint about how services had suddenly declined, but I only wanted the service to revert to the previous 11 months.
I have just cancelled (end of May 2026) yet they continue to send appointment notes now (over correction) even though it’s not time for them to treat, and now they want to charge a fee, even though they attached six months at half price due to my request to cancel services as of now. I hope they can remedy their situation. They were great until they weren’t.

No one came out to my house. I’ve tried contacting aptive and never recieved an answer. The last person who came out to service our home a few weeks ago lied and said Aptive no longer does granules. After this contract is up i’m not renewing with them and am going to find a better pest control company.

You all don't pay attention nor follow instructions. My file should have notes to say never schedule a treatment during the week. I'm a school teacher & never home until 5 or so. This appt n needs to be rescheduled & no one has costed me YET !!

We didn't know that we had an appointment scheduled up to rarely send out notifications. And if they say they do, it's not coming to my email or Spam folder, cause I check. So all of a sudden, we have a technician showing up at our house and if we weren't home, we wouldn't get any spraying on the inside of the house, which is where we're really concerned about ants, spiders, scorpions. And all the other bugs, so it's just really inconvenient to not have any input in the scheduling process.

Technician was lacking knowledge and did not do a complete job. He told me was trained on the traps and after checking he was not setting them up correctly based on the manufacturer web site. Not happy with the service this time and will see if it changes next time.

Each time I request a morning appt, the tech always arrives in the afternoon. I have called to complain several times - no change. This time Jesse arrived early and he did a great job!
