Excellent knowledge of products and very professional service.
We had to have a walk in shower fitted for my eldey parents. Keith and the team couldn't have been more helpful. They used quality products and ensured that it was suitable for their needs. The customer service was friendly and professional, we would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
I have recent purchased a couple of items, basin and vanity unit from AQS and anyone reading my reviews will know I write good and bad. On this occasion it can only be good. What an excellent company. The prices are the best online, with free delivery and fantastic customer service. Indeed it is somewhat refreshing to actually find a company today who put the customer first. The ordering process is simple, payment easy and their delivery service, one of the best I have encountered over 40+ years of trading. Packaged to withstand a nuclear attack, delivered when they say it will be. I therefore cannot recommend this company enough. Buy with confidence and quite honestly don't bother looking elsewhere you won't get a better deal. Well done AQS.

Was recommended AQS bathrooms by a friend the products were of high quality kieth is a excellent designer and Julian a brilliant installer they did our bathroom in August 2023 we were so pleased with it we got them to do our ensuit in April 2024 thanks guy for all your help
Finally found a company which deliver an exceptional service from start to finish based on Honesty, Trust & Transparency. Stephen and Julian have been great. We are over the moon with our new Bathroom and would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

Highly recommend Stephen & his team at AQS Bathrooms. We were quite clueless at the start and they guided us through the process from their thoughts on layout / design, to getting the best prices on items. They also managed the customisation on a bath and liaised with the manufacturers. When we had an issue with one of the items, they managed the whole process seamlessly and proactively, and a replacement was delivered in a very short space of time. It was important to us to support a family business and we are very glad we did. Highly recommend.
The only thing I sould fault these guys for is that their system did not generate an order confirmation (thech are looking into that). However, unlike other bathroom suppliers, my goods were in stock and with me very quickly. Well protected and no issues.

I received a courtesy call the morning after my online order was placed, checking my order through and informing me of any extended lead times.
