Aquabelle Avis

The initial shipping address was incorrect and Ben corrected it immediately. I just received the filter!

Purchase and shipping were quick and easy. Installation was not complicated, and results were immediate after flushing the system. Affects the water flow slightly, and I’m waiting to see the full effect on the ice maker. Overall very happy with the purchase. I would like to have had a tech support number to call with a couple basic questions during installation, instead of waiting for the email responses - which were fairly quick but still slowed the process.

They’re responsive to questions and prompt in fulfilling orders. And the product is great!

I have been using Aquabelle filters for over twenty years. In the kitchen and the bathroom. They are reliable and they work! Incredible value.

Thx. Product was smoothly shipped without a long wait.

Dov is extraordinary in his knowledge, skill, and service! He's our GO-TO person whenever we need water-filtration help for our patients and our family.

Could not be more pleased. Counter filter works very well, is easy to install & change & the Customer Service is one of the best ever. The water taste is great.

Received wrong water filter and they promptly sent the correct unit !

And yes they apologized for the inconvenience !!

I’ve been using Aquabelle products for about 10 years now. Great products and all my customer service experiences have been wonderful. I use the shower head filters and under sink dual filtration device at home. I also recommend their products to my patients as part of their holistic care wellness program. Keep up the great work.

I had an issue with the housing for my filter and the issue was resolved right away.

Thank you Aquabelle!

Great service! Promptly receive my order every time.

We have had the countertop filter for lead and parasites for 6 years now and just loaded the 4th 2-year filter in! Each time I replace it, I’m happy to see that the interior of the device looks clean, and frankly the water still tasted good, but it does flow a bit faster with the new filter. This is so much better and more cost-effective than all the “cheaper” faucet filters I could find in stores. Very pleased to have it, though I do dream of upgrading to an under sink model at some point.

Thanks for quick delivery of replacement water filters.

I ordered a filter that USPS lost. I emailed and they sent me back another one immediately. Very quick and courteous response.

We love the filters and have for many years! One thing would improve the experience or ordering: We would like to subscribe to auto-shipments or an email reminder when it's time to replace our 2 filters. Thank you for the great service and products!

All good replaced my filters easy peezy, ready for two more years!

Quick transaction and shipping. I've been using this filter for years.

Good service.
Good products.

Ordered and recieved very quickly. Exactly what I needed. Thanks

I have been hearing more and more about the things that are in our water supply. My town has decent water but I still worry about what may lurk in what we drink (and the food we consume). I purchased the #U40L and it came in a few days. I’m not a plumber by trade but following the simple directions made it easy. I put a reminder in my phone for when to buy/replace the cartridge. (Do yourself a favor and make sure you apply Teflon tape to EVERY appropriate connection before installing). Now my sister has asked me to install the same setup in her kitchen faucet. Thanks Aquabelle!
