Highly recommend the Aquaheat team. They are punctual, efficient, and very friendly. The team has helped us with a range of plumbing and heating issues (fitting a new bathroom, connecting and repairing a saniflo, and replacing old pipe-work). Each time, the heating engineer has taken the time to explain what is needed and the work is always of a very high quality. They’re the only plumbing company I’d use now, and are great in an emergency.

Aquaheat are very efficient and professional. From the usual story of companies not returning calls Aquaheat could not be any different. From the first call , to the quoting , through installation of my new boiler they were superb. The Engineers on site were polite , professional and happy to answer any queries. No hesitation to recommend Aquaheat if you need a new boiler.

Aquaheat plumbers installed a new combi boiler for me, isolated a leak which was causing the boiler to lose pressure, and installed a new pipe to a hall radiator all for a fair price. Communication with their office was excellent and the work of the fitters was excellent too. Overall I would highly recommend their company.

We have been using Aquaheat for a number of years to do gas safety certifications. We have found them friendly, both in the office and on the front line, and reliable. We very much recommend them.

What a refreshing change - excellent customer service (Nicola was super efficient), easy to book a well qualified plumber within hours. Josh was very knowledgeable, really polite and decent and even though he couldn’t sort the problem (roof not pipes) he spotted something else that needed sorting asap. Will definitely use these guys again.

Another job from Aquaheat that was plain sailing. My boiler broke down so called Aquaheat as they are 24/7, Mark came and quoted the very next day after calling at 9pm the day before, he talked and guided us through what we wanted, Jamie installed and was brilliant while Kelly managed everything in the office. Great service extremely impressed..

Came out same day and earlier than expected, Becky was really friendly and did a great job sorting my leak and talked me through what was needed.

Very good company to deal with. There were one or two issues with fitting our boiler, but these were resolved by Matthew, he's a credit to your company. Very pleasant people always polite and nothing too much trouble. Thank you, we will have no hesitation in using Aquaheat again should the need arise.

Always thought companys as big as aquaheat would be more expensive than the local plumber down the road,
Well infact after getting several quotes aquaheat was the best price !
My mum in her 60s was poorly with a chest infection and the boiler went leaving the house freezing ,
Aquaheat had a brand new boiler fitted within 24 hours !
The service was excellent from start to finish the lads that came out was lovely with my mum made her feel at ease , explained what the was doing through out the fit ,

Aquaheat is a top class service provider that you can get with plumbing problems. Excellent service and reliable satff.

We had a problem with our dishwasher as it was filling itself and needed it disconnecting and removing from the house asap as we were going away that day. It was NY Eve and we had no luck with any plumbers in the LS25 area. Rang Aqua Heat and dealt with Anita, she managed to get hold of a plumber called Paul, he was at our property within 45 minutes and the issue dealt with. We were so glad of the prompt call as the issue was much greater than we initially thought A pipe was leaking & it ended up flooding the kitchen but had we have waited the issue would have been much worse.
On the whole the job was dealt with quickly without fuss and we were able to go away with peace of mind.

I cannot rate Becky highly enough. She came out at 10pm on Christmas night to fix my boiler. She did a super and efficient job plus she gave me plenty of advice to avoid future problems. Having called her out as an emergency I will be changing my plumber to aquaheat now all thanks to Becky.

Clinton and Mat removed my old boiler, cold water tank in the loft, hot water tank and all associated pipe work on the first day and installed my brand new Combi Boiler, pipework and controls on the second day.Once Clinton had tested all aspects of the new system he spent time with us and took us through the settings and operation of the new Combi Boiler and the new Thermostat settings to ensure we knew how to successfully operate the new system, also he left us with system paperwork and a number to ring if we had a problem
Clinton and Mat were always on time, nothing was too much trouble, they were both very friendly and very tidy, both very professional throughout the removal/installation works.

The new Combi Boiler is working perfectly, I would highly recommend this company and their product.

Becky was very efficient and helpful when fixing my radiators, she helped me by explaining some extra things to me as well. No problems at all. Very happy with everything:)

Matthew provided an excellent service. Professional and efficient. Matthew sorted the issue with a radiator not working. Initially working on the radiator itself then flushing all the radiators ensuring the job was done correctly. He was extremely thorough and explained everything clearly (i asked a lot of questions). While carrying out the work, the carpet was covered, he left the place clean. He also made sure all the radiators were working before he left. Highly recommend. Thank you

After replacing the multibloc valve, there was no significant change in my water pressure. However, Becky went above and beyond her intended work order to try and fix my issue and managed to find a solution within the main apartment building's water pipe room. I've had many aquaheat engineers try and fix this issue for me, so I am very thankful that Becky has given me a working shower!

A huge amount of work was done with quality and craftsmanship.

Very competitive quote. Danny and Jamie came to install new boiler today and I couldn't be happier with the service provided.
They arrived on time and carried out the work with great care. Very tidy, friendly and professional.
Made sure I understood all workings of new boiler before leaving and left number to ring if I had any problems/questions.
