We have recently had a new boiler, new controls, hot water tank & a new gas pipe installed by Aquaheat from Thatcham Berkshire & I can't praise them enough.
Josh & his team of Conor, Patrick & their apprentice Rhys.
From the outset they were extremely professional, courteous & efficient & went that extra mile to ensure everything went in as smoothly as possible.
I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who is considering having work carried out on their heating system.

Excellent service & attention to detail. The team worked so hard all day to restore the central heating system by doing a power flush. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough - they all really know their stuff & are great at troubleshooting. So polite & tidy too!

Josh & co have serviced my gas boiler for the last 5 years - their annual reminder service is great! As I don’t have to remember myself. It came in helpful when I needed to claim on my Worcester Bosch boiler warranty, Because if I miss a service, then it invalidates the 10 year warranty!! So luckily My boiler is in good hands with Aquaheat. Also - Josh serviced our friends oil boiler! Josh & team installed two bathrooms at my old house, and a water softener at old house plus present house. Josh’s Knowledge is fantastic, I always follow his recommendations as he is the most trustworthy plumber I’ve ever met. A genuinely decent guy.. When we had a newborn, he prioritised coming to our house!! EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! Connor has pulled late shifts here, to “finish what he started” and their whole team are always friendly, tidy, and trustworthy ((to me trustworthiness is extremely important as we are allowing tradesmen into our home so finding one you trust completely is a real blessing!)). Cannot recommend Aquaheat highly enough :):)

Our hot water stopped working on our commercial premises, the quick, friendly and extremely professional team at Aqauheat were quick to respond. Josh attended within a couple of hours and had us up and running in no time at all, he dealt with us in a honest, professional manner which really highlighted this companies core values. would recommend any time.

We used Aquaheat Services when our boiler failed in the run up to Christmas. The team were quick to come and assess the situation and helpful to advise on options available to get us back up and running. We ultimately opted for a whole new boiler which the team fitted promptly for us. We won’t hesitate to use them again and will highly recommend them to family and friends.

Rob, from Aquaheat, attended my property to carry out a strip down service on my boiler. Rob arrived on time, explained what he was going to do. Very polite fellow. All done till next year.

We initially called upon Aquaheat in the typical "distress" related scenario which often comes with a plumbing issue. They were highly recommended via the local community social media group. From the moment of our phone call to repair of the issue we had a clear line of communication and I felt at ease. Since then we had our regular maintenance completed by them which has been like a safety net. Fast forward on to us moving home- aquaheat helped plan/advise upon new installs/modifications we wanted to make. The whole team have such a realistic and down to earth approach, ensuring we understand the "technical jargon" and are lovely to deal with. A thumbs up from us-our 5 year old wants to grow up and drive an aquaheat van now which speaks in volume.

I’ve used Aquaheat for a number of years now, and can’t recommend them enough.

From initially setting up with dust sheets, to vacuuming up when the job was finished, they were a pleasure to have in the house.

We now have an efficient heating system, and have already instructed Aquaheat for our first service next year.

Aquaheat carried out a softener and filtration system fit. It wasn’t very straightforward due to the space available but with persistence, patience and a degree of innovation, the job was completed and the leaks remedied. Rob and Josh are always helpful and pleasant to deal with and appear to be working a 7 day week!
