We've had really positive engagements from day one and the team have been so helpful. We worked with them to get the right package for us and the products were sent quickly after ordering. We are very excited to start using them and having fun with our new sea scooters!

A really big thank you to Thomas for all his help. Without his help and advice my seascooter would not be working. It will be great to finally take it out in the water. I would highly recommend Aquatoys for their smooth and professional service.

Sea Scooter repair
Contacted Thomas at Aquatoys for assistance with a Sea Scooter that was not working. The service was exceptional. Very customer focused, and a pleasure to deal with. A replacement part arrived quickly and we were back below the waves in no time.

If Calrsberg made companies....
There is customer service and then there are these guys.....I have an old ,like really old lol, Seadoo Scooter which these guys have the rights to after Yamaha pulled the plug.
The scooter is still going strong but qas needing o rings for the nose cone, and apart from Germany was struggling to find them.
Contacted Aquatoys and Tom in the service department was absolutely fantastic, located the o rings and sent them out a bit cheaper than the usual courier they use.
Absolutely stellar customer service which some of the bigger companies could do with taking a leaf out of their book.

Very professional
A very professional job done on my Sea-Doo seascooter also a very quick turn around and pricing was very good I can't thank them enough from start to finish I would definitely recommend Aquatoys for sales and repair

Expert advice and great service in good time
Having made the decision to buy a personal sea scooter, Aquatoys came recommended. I called and spoke to Tom Sloggett, and what an excellent ambassador! He was patient and expert in his detailed recommendations, so I was happy to purchase a ROBOSEA scooter which was the perfect choice.. Great service and they are now my 'Go-to' for similar..
