I love my AquaTru system
I love my AquaTru system. Instructions, thought, need to be modified for installing the filters. They need to say: place filter pointing to the right of the mark and then twist to the left.

The best tasting water I’ve ever had
The best tasting water I’ve ever had. Very crisp and clean. It doesn’t have an after effect like bottled water. You don’t feel full after drinking it and you just feel better!!!

The BEST product for so many reasons!
EVERYTHING ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH AQUA TRU has been WONDERFUL!
I have had my Filtered Shower Head for less then a week. I noticed the difference in my skin and hair…like night and day!
Plus my eyes use to burn from the Chlorine in our district water and skin was always itchy and these issues are Gone!
Skin feels soft and hair is Shiny.
Plus EASY to install.
You will love your purchase and will want to buy one for your loved ones!!!

The product never worked
The product never worked. Troubleshooting over an hour and a half didn't seem reasonable. Instead of sending me a new item right away they made me wait. Made me go to FedEx twice to return items. It seems that they should have just sent me out a new item right away instead of maybe wait like a month and then I have to wait for a refund since I don't want the item now

The water tastes great
The water tastes great. A lot of time spent emptying and refilling tank for one person household. A design improvement on the rollers to turn the carafe around to get to the tank for a refill. I had to order the roller caster which helps, but it only comes straight out. A roller caster that rotated 180 or 360 degrees might be more helpful.

Filtration system that Works!
My item was delivered quickly, dint have to wait much. The instructions were detailed but very easy and set up was fast and easy. Most importantly, the water that is filtered taste good enough for me to drink & stop buying bottled water. That is saying a lot because believe me Long Island tap water is pretty nasty tasting. So finally a filtration system that works, compact enough for my small counter space. Totally and highly recommend it!
