I bought two scarves from here
I bought two scarves from here. One was ripped, and while the material is okay, it’s too loose. I considered returning it, but paying another £4 for the return isn’t worth it. It was just a trial purchase, but I won’t be buying again.

Extremely disappointed
Ordered bakhoor among other things. Can't burn it as sent it is quite damp and maybe really old. Extremely disappointed as had heard highly of this store. Also, purchased some shawls that were put on offer but really poor quality and over priced ( very clever marketing gimmick). Wouldn't buy again here as there are plenty of other options.
The return process has been made very difficult.
Avoid this store - it is my sincere advice

Bad service
Hii Arabesque. I was so disappointed with your service. The ordering and the delivery was all good. But after receiving the items, I had requested for a return because the quality of the fabric is very bad. And instead of processing my return request, you are asking me for a review.
With all respect, I am never going to buy again from a brand like yours and never going to suggest anyone to do so either, because this is so disappointing.
