I am very very satisfied with my purchase
I am delighted. I have spent many hours searching online shops including Amazon to try and purchase the right hijabs for me (square 120 by 120), to no avail. I then found Arabesque Abaya and saw what I was looking for at last. My hijabs arrived on time and I am very happy with the purchase. I would like to order more hijabs in the future from this online shop.

quick delivery, but the quality of the hijabs i got at the price wasn't good at all... you can get better quality hijabs at your local islamic bookshop or market at a much cheaper price. i liked the range of colours and styles but the quality is just not worth the price.

I tried to contact regarding the delay…
I placed an order and I had some issues as one of the items was lost. I contacted the customer service and the lady was very helpful. She even provided a replacement for the item even though it was not the company fault. Definitely I'll keep buying from them.

Rubbish. Do not use.
Rubbish. Wont ever order from here again.
They sent me the wrong item!! Not even a different colour- the wrong item completely. When I emailed them they said the item was out of stock so refunded me for that item. Which left me with the other item I bought which only cost £3.99 but I had to pay £4.49 delivery for. They wouldn’t refund me the delivery cost even though I wouldn’t have paid that for a £3.99 item!
Rubbish customer service. Person who whatsapped me (not even emailed) was useless.
The items that I got were cheap and tacky anyway.
If you want a neck cover don’t get it from here as doesnt actually cover the neck. Definitely DO NOT recommend.
