Ordered a plant online. Got completely different. And now they don’t respond to my emails. I do not recommend this place.
Very disappointed with the service and after sales in Aboretum. We tried to return a garden table cover which was not of good quality for the price we were charged, but they would not refund us and only offered a credit note. If this is their refund policy, it should be on their website and we did not see it advertised in the store. The assistant manager was rude to us on the day and we will not be buying any further products there.

She is in her 86th year; since then, she has had food poisoning only when ate a stew with beef and vegetables.
