I really liked the arc browser because it is aesthetic, clean but also ADHD friendly. But you can throw all that out of the window if the browser cannot even normally function as a browser.

Today is the day i am fed up and deleting. It keeps crashing, breaking down, passwords go missing, sometimes you cant upload.... what have you.

Some websites wont open on arc browser. Like few days ago, I was searching for a domain on godaddy and godaddy was not opening in arc browser. Used the firefox browser to search for domain and bought from there.
I use 5 to 6 workspaces in Arc. I like the smoothness between switching different profiles. But now 3 to 4 days ago, in one profile nothing opens up, giving me this error
"ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED"
Other profiles works fine.
To get it working, I've had restarted the arc browser, after that it was working but some time it do the same.
Can't use it anymore.
Don't use Arc. It is not yet stable.
I am on Mac.

I've been using the Arc browser as long as it's been available and I feel like I can't go back to any other because the features are so good.

I'm someone who works on many major projects at the same time (work, finance, university) and having a separate workspace for all of these that TRULY feels separate, yet easy to access is I think executed perfectly here.

There are many other small features that don't sound super important, but they are great, for instance: Arc uses AI to rename files you download so that they make more sense you and they are super easy to find later on.

Arc Browser seemed like it had a lot of potential when I first tried it, kind of like getting a beautifully wrapped gift only to be underwhelmed by what’s inside. The frequent updates are nice, but they often focus on minor features or bug fixes that don't add much value (or at all). It feels like a lot of resources are spent on improvements that don't significantly enhance browsing performance, while some frustrating issues remain unresolved. For instance, video windows default to a small size play when switching tabs, which can be annoying; some buttons are poorly placed, leading to accidental tab mishaps with no easy way to fix them. I input some websites in the search bar, sometimes it will open, sometimes it wont. Toggle sidebar can get really buggy too.... Also, the introduction of some shiny things, like new icons for the app (I was going to request this so urgently! not), feels pretty insignificant in the grand scheme of things. And many other things that are quite frustrating. I wonder what the product managers approach is. The browser is sometimes slow, and I can't understand why it lacks a favorites feature, which is a basic necessity for many users.

While it seemed like it could offer an improvement over existing browsers, I find myself returning to Chrome more often. The compatibility issues with add-ons further diminish the appeal of Arc Browser.

Definitely they have very nice produced marketing videos that deliver a lot of hope, but not so sure about the actual execution of the concept. Overall, it hasn't really changed my browsing experience, and I'm not sure it's worth the switch.

Barely works on Windows, lots of bugs, not very original aesthetic, bare bones account control. The promise was amazing, the execution is very poor. Maybe one day.

I've been using Arc Browser on both my MacBook and Windows PC for the past few weeks.
On my MacBook I've been loving Arc Max and Boost to customize the look of websites and use AI very easily, having even website summaries by just hovering on them, however, on my Windows PC, these options are nowhere to be found, making it fundamentally the same as other chromium forks.
One thing I love however that is available on both versions is the sidebar and the searchbar for websites, looks very good and I love using it, if all features were the same, this would definitely be a 5 star or 10/10.

I emailed support back in April about a recent bug discovery, nearly 2 months later only 1 non-automated, response to my initial email.

Terrible, terrible, terrible

I really like this browser, it helps you being more productive. I recommend.
However, I have updates every 3-5 days for nothing, if it's bug patches, it would me more relevant to merge this bug patches updates with the normal updates addind real stuff.
It still has a lot a missing features on windows compared to the Mac version.
I'd love to have some quotes widget at the bottom side bar, if we want to. It's cool for a productive thing.

This was the best browser up until yesterday when it broke and slowed down. IN todays economy you have to work all the time or people go elsewhere. Like I am today

what an incredible browser experience! After juggling through 30498 windows across 8 different desktops i finally have everything just in one single window. Thank you, great job guys!
