Really good purchase (four castle face CDs for a fiver each) postage wasn't too bad and the CDs arrived very quickly. I really like ordering with Arcade Sound, I've never had a problem with them.

Vinyl was warped
Vinyl was warped. I emailed about a possible replacement and I have heard anything back.
*Update: a technical issue was to blame for the communication problem. Business has contacted me and has resolved the issue in a fantastic manner.

Ordered a vinyl that was in stock and…
Ordered a vinyl that was in stock and took payment. A week passed until I received an update informing me they were unable to "secure" the last copy (I thought it was in stock??) and I was issued a refund.
I advise buyers to check with the vendor specifically about a title's availability before ordering to avoid this outcome.

Good communication at every step of the transaction, with purchases quickly despatched and excellently packaged, which is essential for vinyl! Item arrived quickly, exactly as described in excellent condition. Cant really ask for anymore than that!
