Well what a professional company. I will say we did have a problem with our Aga electric fire (no Arcade’s fault) but James at the Arcade was fantastic! Swiftly sorting it out and instantly returning emails with updates. Thank you again all at Arcade.

Initially, I ordered the incorrect set of replacement fire bricks for my Contura 510 log burner from Arcade. On realising my error, I contacted Arcade’s James Harrison, who could not have been more helpful in enabling the return of goods and selecting the correct replacement brick set. From point of order the new set arrived in just 2 days. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the email responses from James, which were friendly, helpful and immediate. From my perspective Arcade are an efficient and very professional company and as such are highly recommended by me to other potential customers - Hilary Baxter.

James has been fantastic to deal with throughout the purchase of our Contura Woodburner & our Esse electric cooker. Nothing too much trouble. James explained everything step by step so that we were fully aware of the installation & delivery process. Great asset to the company - Would highly recommend The Arcade.

We have bought a Woodburner and an Esse Stove from Arcade, as well visiting to their parts department for flues/parts etc we have always found every member of staff to be knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Arcade Llandysul supplied 2 replacement log retainers for my Contura i4 the price was competitive and delivery proved to be exemplary with next day arrival.

We ordered a replacement grate for our Contura wood burning stove from the Llandysul branch of Arcade. It was a reasonable price, the web site was easy to use and the part arrived quick smart.
However, when the part arrived I was confused as to why it didn't quite match the old part. So I made a phone call to Arcade Llandysul and spoke to James who was very helpful, took down various details, did some research, and got back to me within a couple of hours to report the correct part number. After me returning the wrong part I got the correct part a couple of days later.
Given that low cost of the part, I appreciate the time and effort that James gave to get me sorted out.
