Although it was our first time having to create a headstone, Lara made the process easy for us. She was very thorough and was able to help us design a beautiful headstone for our relative. My family and I had originally contracted with our funeral home here to complete a dual marker for our parents. Needless to say, that turned into the biggest fiasco of all time. We couldn't get anywhere with them and our design. It seemed that we couldn't use any artwork since it wasn't basic clip art. I was so happy when I called Arcadia Monuments and spoke to Lara. We had been trying to work with the company the cemetery recommended, but we were rather disgusted with the hard sell, lack of customer service, and high prices. Lara was very sympathetic about our experience with the other company. She explained their process and how she coordinates everything with the cemetery, including shipping and installation.
