Notice the slew of positive comments all posted on June 16th (with very odd names) I doubt they are real.

I returned the shoes to the address Ardelio provided . The tracking said addressee unknown. So the package is being returned back to me bc Ardelio gave me a bogus return address.

This company responds to bad reviews on here saying they are sorry their product didn’t meet the buyers expectations, but that response is disingenuous since they purposely advertise one product and send you a much cheaper version. Their Sheridan, WY address is also a well-know address for scam companies. Stay clear. Thankfully my cc company returned the full value of my purchase.

This is a full scam - drop shipping from Temu and items look NOTHING like pictured. I found the exact sandals I received on Temu, and they do not look anything like the photos posted. For $119, I received shoes that are worth $7 and the return process has been AWFUL. Even if you return, you will not receive the full refund as they make you pay for shipping and charge a restocking fee.

The item they sent resembles nothing in quality to the one they advertise. Then when you want to return the item they want you to pay the shipping plus a 10% restocking fee.
The quality is so bad, looks like cheap $10 shoes.

My experience with ARDELIO was extremely disappointing.

Returning an item is unnecessarily difficult. The return section is hidden deep within the website, making it hard to find. Even after initiating a return, the company does not provide a prepaid return label, leaving the customer responsible for all return shipping costs.

In addition, I was informed that a 10% restocking fee would be deducted from my refund. Between the return shipping costs and the restocking fee, returning an item becomes very expensive for the customer.

Contacting customer support was also extremely difficult. Responses were slow, and resolving the issue took far more time and effort than it should have.

In the end, I received only about half of the amount I originally paid. To make matters worse, the quality of the product itself was questionable and did not meet my expectations.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. There are many other retailers with better customer service, clearer return policies, and higher-quality products.

I will not purchase from ARDELIO again. And recommend you avoid this site.

Runaway, Do not buy anything from these people. They sent shoes that were too small, I even sent in photos proving that they were a size too small and they would not send a prepaid label for me to return. So if they screw up your order, they will make you pay return shipping to send back. I ordered 11.5 and sent them a pic of the measurements of the insole that was 10.5. Horrible company and the shoes are garbage anyway. Not worth what they are asking.
