Amy was absolutely brilliant
Amy was absolutely brilliant. This was a really difficult house sale of my late mothers home. Our solicitors were very slow and our buyers were desperate to move in. However, in all of this Amy and Arden Estates were truly amazing. She was professional and very helpful. I would definitely use Arden again.

Wouldn’t use anyone else
I dealt with both Nina and Katie at the Redditch office. Both incredible in so many ways. I honestly could talk about them for ages. I would highly recommend and would return without any hesitation in the future. Both of them are so friendly, kind and they genuinely care. I’m actually going to miss them! So professional, reply quickly to emails and will chase solicitors and get on their case! Wouldn’t use anyone else now. Thank you so much :-)

Amy was absolutely amazing. This was a really difficult house sale. Birmingham City Council and the buyers solicitors were very difficult. However, in all of this Amy and Arden Estates were truly a shining light in the darkness. She was professional and very helpful. I would definitely use Arden again.

Excellent support
Very friendly, helpful people. It was easy to discuss problems with different members of staff because they communicated well with each other as well as me.
There were several difficulties during the sales process, but everyone bent over backwards to make it happen. They showed genuine commitment.

The best partners when selling or buying
In the UK, we noticed that so many estate agents don’t go the extra mile and are just there to facilitate rather than guide. This is not the case with Arden!
We were purchasing our first home in the uk and were unfamiliar with the process. Thanks to Arden (specifically Leanne) we felt at ease during the whole experience.
Leanne followed up on both sides, kept us updated, and explained everything to ensure we were comfortable and understood everything.
We will definitely use Arden in the future and highly recommend them to both buyers and sellers.

Would recommend Arden Estates to anyone putting their property on the market. Every member of the team did their job above and beyond! Romily was always in touch and was positive and reassuring, along with Amy who kept us in the loop along the way and communicated well between us all.
