I can’t recommend Stuart & this company enough. At an all time low of struggling I reached out & they were very patient with me communicating initially by message that I felt comfortable with, then gave me confidence to discuss properly. Very professional, empathetic & helpful, from listening to me then explaining all my options. Really relieved to find a workable & affordable solution. Always on hand to provide advice & support every step of the way. I passed on his details to 2 other family members who again received excellent service to make a tailor made plan. I am so thankful & appreciative of all the help & guidance provided to me from them in turning what was a previously stressful situation into a simple step-by-step process.

The exsperince for me was just the best thing at this moment in time. I was not and have not been in a good place for some time, losing my daughter suddenly, lost my job too, just worried dudnt know which way to turn. I contacted this company for help and a lovely gentleman called Graeme guided me through and supported me through each step of the way with a very professional understanding caring manor. Graeme was very responsive to my emails and always on time when he said he was going to contact me so this made things quicker than I expected and easing my anxiety to what I thought would be a long drawn out process but it hasn't been. He made things very clear and easy to understand and guided me through everything, I feel like I have had the best help from him and I'm hopefully on my way to regaining a bit more of my life back with less worry.
