Very pleased with the service from them. Made an appointment for an on site survey and they turned up on time , did the survey and answered all my questions. Gave a quote in a couple of days then fitted a 7kw charger which is stylish and easy to use.
Would recommend them to anyone and in fact am in the process of ordering 22kw chargers for the car park at work

ARK Charge are a professional and friendly company to do business with.

Rather than asking the customer to carry out the survey and take photos etc. One of the specialists from ARK came to review our electrics before giving a quote.

Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful and had a very good understanding on how to link our existing solar panel / battery system to an appropriate EV charger. He recommend the Zappi charger, which is specifically designed to interact with solar panels.

The charger was installed yesterday with minimal fuss or intrusion, with both Lewis and Mark offering a 1st class service and instalment.

I would definitely recommend their service and I have already passed their details to one of my clients.

I acquired a new plug-in hybrid company car in January and had been charging it via a 13 Amp external socket. I shopped around for quotes to install an EV charger and received prices back ranging between £2200 and £1200.
I wanted to use a local company and saw that Ark (based in Knaphill) had carried out similar installs previously.
After contacting Ark, Alex visited our property a couple of days later to do a survey and provide a quote which was issued the same day.
I accepted the quote as it was the most competitive and the work was duly booked in.
Ark's electrician Lewis installed the EV charger to an external timber post supplied and installed by myself. He also ran approximately 30m of armoured, from our consumer unit, cleated to the external brickwork to the timber post. The post was drilled so that the cable entered the charger from behind with the cable mounted on the back of the post. The cable was then buried underground a short distance before rising up to the brickwork.
The installation was very neat, there was no mess created, with all rubbish cleared away upon completion.
I would highly recommend Ark and would use them again without hesitation.

A colleague of mine recommended me Hypervolt. I got in contact with Hypervolt- the EV charger. They recommended me 3 installers and I picked one.
Unfortunately the installer I chose couldn’t carry out the work so I was passed over to ARK.

ARK got in contact with me within days. EMMA from office was very helpful and KELVIN came and surveyed the job. Within days I had confirmation of installation date.
Engineers Louis and Graham came and installed the charger but unfortunately due to faulty SD(chip) card the charger (Unit)didn’t work .
ARK contacted me and reassured me that HYPERVOLT are aware of this and ARK will be picking up new sd card as aspa.
Within ARK engined Josh and Graham came and changed the card and after a couple of tries sd started working .

I was told to leave it for about an hour. It was functional later the same day.

Having ordered an electric vehicle in mid March, I was very late in trying to arrange the installation of a charging point prior to the grant ending. Vicky was extremely helpful and managed to squeeze me in for an evening appointment on the 31 March. Scott came and installed the SYN EV charger with minimal fuss in the middle of a snow storm. Excellent and professional service all round.

We are new to EVs so had no idea how to get a home charger fitted. Also our home electrics are quite old so we were worried there would be install problems.

Everyone else we contacted had a mind numbing process involving check sheets, taking photos and drawing diagrams.
These guys just came round with fast, responsive expert advice.
Price was good.
Fitting service was excellent. Lewis did a fantastic job with minimum fuss.

ARK were professional, friendly and helpful in their survey, recommendations and installation.
The Hyundai garage supplying my car have taken the recommendation for ARK and say they are getting good feedback.

I approached three companies to quote for the supply and install of the Hypervolt charger. ARK was the only company sent someone out to survey the property (mine is not a newbuild so has some quirky wiring) and in order for me to receive an accurate and specific quote. James came to fit the unit and was excellent throughout. Well done ARK!

We are very pleased with our EV charger installation. Both the installers (one for concrete base and one a couple of days later for the pole and electrics) were excellent and both cared about our views and preferences. The staff in the office were excellent and everyone made the whole process easy and stress free.
