Really impressed by ARK
Really impressed by ARK - knowledgable and friendly staff who explain issues clearly. The engineer was efficient, polite, punctual and helpful. I’d have full confidence in having them do work in my flat again in the future.

Excellent Service and Quick to Install
We had a Ideal boiler fitted by Matt (Pulsa) in February. Cannot fault their service, they even took the time to drop off some temporary heaters as it couldn't be done for two days.

Never again !
This company was called in by my agent when my tenant had no hot water in the property. According to the tenant plumber arrived and seemed to not have an idea what the problem was. Eventually he replaced the thermostat on the immersion heater, two days later no hot water again, the contractor returned and this time replaced the heating element. Problem now solved after two visits and the excuse being that by replacing the element the thermostat failed. Unbelievable, and the cost of this £504 ! Never again.

Dear Mr Price,
On arrival at your property the thermostat had failed, this was proven by the fact it then worked after it was replaced.
After two days the element failed, when this was removed it was totally corroded.
So that was two visits, to replace two faulty components and all left working after each visit. All these works were quoted up front and agreed. Thank you
