I bought a jacket from them ,Total rubbish the jacket was supposed to have two pockets on the front .My jacket had one the pockets were were not sewn up .I contacted Arken they offered to send another .Guess what its not come ,If i could give them a 0 instead of 1 i would have done,

These people are conmen. Goods not received, seemingly lost by Evri, but company claiming they can't refund me. Don't use them them. From what I've read the Birkenstocks I bought would almost certainly not have been genuine, but fakes. Fell for the oldest trick in the book.

If I could give less than one star I would. It seems I'm one of many that have been duped into ordering this jacket and getting a very cheap polyester one. The order took ages to arrive as well and has come from China. Trying to get refund is a joke. They have offered a 30% reduction but I doubt this will happen. Stay clear.

I should have listened to myself and seen this company for what they are, I'm usually good at spotting these scams. Not sure how these scum sleep at night, but I'm sure my and others 38 quids help them. I've tried to cancel my order and asked for a refund but of course there is no response. AVOID

Advertised a vintage washed cotton green jacket. When it arrived, from China, the label clearly states it’s 100% polyester. It looks a bit like the one you order, but it isn’t : it’s a cheaper, less stylish version of the one you’ve ordered.

Not received goods yet, but this company is trading as OAKLANE now and seems to be a fake goods website. Not expecting my 50% discounted Birkenstock sandals to be the real thing, if they do arrive at all.

Avoid Avoid Avoid. Goods shipped are nothing like what's pictured/advertised. Cheap quality goods screwed up in a plastic bag and probably posted from a garage somewhere in the UK. Refund options are a joke. They want to deduct a restocking fee of 30% from the refund amount before they issue a refund. Items need to be returned via Special Delivery...... I very much doubt we'll be getting a refund from the company so opening a credit card dispute for this purchase. Arkes operate under several like Arken, so be careful. Note to self - stick with what you know in future. Arkes will block you on Facebook if you add a bad comment to their page.

Just fake. Cheap looking. Can anyone tell me how to return as their email address bounces back

goods were supposedly a bargain (£53) ralph lauren sweater. delivery took 2 weeks when it arrived my wife burst out laughing .It was a shoddy cheap acrylic jumper with a pathetic attempt at a POLO logo on the front. no labels and expect it to fall apart if washed.
I will ask for a refund but will probably have to do a credit card disputed payment form to get my money back. Cheap fake ,avoid.

I ordered two Ralph Lauren Mens Jumpers advertised as Liquidated stock. I After numerous enquiries regarding delivery I finally received the order yesterday.
These are NOT RALPH LAUREN liquidated or otherwise.
The RL Pony looks more like Bambi on Ice,and there are no makers labels.
Are they wearable ? Yes, for in the house, garden etc. but not if real branding is important to you. There are no washing instructions so that bridge will have to be crossed if they last that long. Worth the £50 each, you pays your money !!!

I’m having great difficulty in arranging a return and refund
It’s obviously a cheap rip off
