Arlington Power Sports Avis

Overall I have had great experiences with them. I just recently bought my 9 year old son a dirt bike as well as a 4-wheeler for Christmas. The purchase was super easy and real simple. The staff was really great and super helpful as well. They made my wife and I very comfortable and didn’t try to rush us into anything. They were even kind enough to wait an hour after close for me to make it to the shop from work to pick up my son’s dirt bike. This most recent purchase was my 4th one that I’ve gotten from them and will continue to go back in the future. Highly recommend!!!

My experience was great. The staff was friendly and the had what I needed and was looking for. Their prices are reasonable as well, I would definitely recommend Arlington Power Sports to anybody.

Staff was very helpful and patient, as I had a whole bunch of questions to ask ahead of making my purchase for my sons first go kart. They recommended the size and power that would suit him, as of course I wanted the safest possible option that he would be able to handle. I will definitely buy from this place again.

I bought a massimo e spider and they delivered for a reasonable fee. It looks and runs great. Quite a fun toy.

Good customer service and they personally delivered my item.

I dealt with Raymond through the sales department. I couldn't be happier with the way I was treated while dealing with him and his knowledge of our particular situation. Overall very satisfied with my experience

The person who helped me on the phone was fantastic. Very polite, not pushy but very informative. One of the best service involvement I have ever had, and I'm old lo. 😀

Will I’ve been trying and trying to return a 250 dirt bike that doesn’t run but I keep getting the run around by Arlington saying they need me to send them a video of the problems I’m having well I have told them time and time I can’t take a video of something that doesn’t run. It want start much less run. So Arlington wins I have a good friend that is going to work on it for me. He has his own motorcycle shop and want charge me an arm and leg but I still will have to pay for something that Arlington should have made good. I hope if anyone reads their reviews will understand for a poor business they are because I didn’t do enough research and find all the bad reviews that I have now and that they have been reported to BBB. Beware of Arlington Power Sports and Management

Thank you for a fast order on my sprockets and chain slider. That GTX 250 is a cool solid bike. Athos

Quick to the point the assistant was polite, and enlighten, you just made a purchase because I would like to make another purchase,

I highly recommend Arlington power sports. I bought the Lifan x-pect and absolutely love this bike. Motorcycle and all paperwork arrived in about a week. MCO and bill of sale came to my house, unfortunately I had to pick my bike up from the trucking companies terminal as they informed me they were short on drivers. But that is no reflection on the dealership! They have been great. Bike arrived in excellent condition. I paid extra for it to be fully assembled and I highly recommend this service. I believe it was well worth it to let the people who know do it. I will definitely do business with them again.

This was my first time ordering from them and I wasn't sure what to expect. Honestly things went great. Order was shipped quickly, arrived quickly and in good shape. The go kart went together easily and seems to be decent quality. Already looking at my next purchase through them.

Good customer service and good quality mechanic work.

After ordering a moped and paying for it, they called me to levy additional fuel surcharge of $150. This was not expected as they said free shipping on their website. They never charged me on my previous order a month ago.

Great and friendly service good atmosphere . Ensure my products were in proper working order overal great experience

Bike showed up with damage sent multiple emails and called no response do not order from these people was a struggle from day one

Ordered a tk200gk-8 df200gkr go-kart. It arrived with damaged seats, a completely dead battery that will not hold a charge, and the drive chain is falling apart. They refuse to make things right and stand behind their product. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Do not do business with them.
