Ordered an item. Didn't arrive.
Contacted them 2 weeks later to see where it was, was told they were out of stock, the order had been cancelled and I had been refunded.
No refund had been issued.
Had to go to Paypal and raise a dispute on it.

Did not refund an unused, returned product. Ignored emails. Had to go through paypal.

Ordered wrong size item, various un answered phone calls, emails as well. Finally got a response to send items back for refund 16 days ago no response, shocking company, keep well clear

I ordered the British Army MTP PCS Shirt (Size: 190/104, Order 13929) and I’m very happy with it. The shirt was in G1 condition – honestly, it could have been brand new. The fit is perfect and the delivery was super quick.

Very dishonest seller. This seller does not take responsability if anything goes wrong in the delivery.

I called at the store on Friday morning at 09.00 am. The store was supposed to open at 09.00, but the owners didn't show up until 09. 35.
I had my 10 year old daughter with me at the time and had to leave the store prematurely because one of the staff was shouting and swearing somewhere out of sight behind the counter.
I had talked to a clueless and somewhat ignorant young man before leaving about which grade sleeping bag would be best for autumn camping.
He just shrugged his shoulders and said " it's up to you mate ".
Appalling service all round.

Ordered a kombat operator holdall to be picked up in store.
The guy said that he will put one under the counter and said it would be there to collect in the morning.
When I arrived, the guy gave me a kombat saxon holdall instead, and insisted that I had said I wanted a saxon holdall, and not a operators holdall.
I needed a holdall so I had to settle for the saxon instead because they had no operators holdalls in stock.
I was charged £45 for the 50 litre. Massive ripoff, as you can get them much cheaper elsewhere.

This was a quick and easy purchase, and the product is great!

Purchased the Saxon tactical 35l bag and I was not disappointed. Great item and quick delivery, on top of that free postage. Definitely be buying from Armykit in the future!
