Wrong medicine delivered & slow resolution
I recently had a disappointing experience with Arogga.
I placed an order for EmpaMet XR 25/1000, but instead received EmpaMet XR 10/1000, which is not the same medication. This kind of mistake is concerning, especially since it involves prescription medicine where accuracy is critical.
I contacted their support team immediately and shared the issue. While they acknowledged the mistake and said they would arrange a replacement, the process has been quite slow and unclear. I had to follow up multiple times just to get updates, and even then, no specific delivery timeframe was provided.
Good customer service should not only fix mistakes but do so promptly and transparently. In this case, the delay and lack of clear communication made the experience frustrating.
I hope Arogga improves their quality control and customer support response time, because sending the wrong medicine can have serious consequences.
