Absolutely great service delivery from start to finish. From the initial communication when arranging the package for Umrah followed by a short stay in Pakistan... including arranging flights/visas etc, downloading the necessary app/making the necessary bookings etc to the provision of information/updates re necessary arrangements to the check ins once there in a timely, professional and responsible manner.
All services we came across including airport pick up/drop off, the transport to Madinah, ziyarahs/guides etc were all as planned and without any issues.
The effective communication and remaining a part of the journey when we were there in form of timely checks ins including the accomodation as described and veryclose distance etc made the whole journey and experience a smooth and absolute hassle free one. Alhamdulillah
That too with an elder and 5 Yr old!

Also demonstrates the care and concern for safety of their customers ensuring the travellers have been picked up and dropped off at the expected destination and in time etc.
It truly felt like a personal family experience with somebody always there to check in, guide and look out for you.
