24-hour service, and we keep our promise!
This company responding immediately during one of our heat waves late one evening. We are both in our seventies with an older dog and the heat was really intense. The company responded immediately within 20 minutes of the call, at 6:30 p.m. arrives, gave a diagnosis, no pressure, and within 3 days a new system was running. He gave us many options, and made us aware of a mold situation that pre-existed. Installation was about as good as you can get. They even gave us a window unit to hold us over temporarily as a loner. You can do no better than this company. So many of them advertised 24-hour emergency service, well good luck. One called me 7 Days later. That was not the case with Air Experts. If I could give them 10 Stars I would. And all of the employees and the sales rep were just as kind, I'm very good explanations for the purchase . I will never have to take to give them a recommendation, because it will be well appreciated and followed up on. In this society, at least following up is important. They do just that. Kudos for your excellent work.

I’ve been dealing with Air Experts for over a year now. I had two surge protectors installed and had an incident where I needed Air Experts to come and inspect my outdoor unit. Each time they scheduled an appointment, made it on time and got the job done in a timely fashion. Very happy with my experience both times with Air Experts. They also offered me a discount certificate for any future maintenance.
