Three truck trips to find out the 1st guy didn’t do his job correctly and for the 2nd guy to tell me he doesn’t have enough time to fix it for the 3rd guy to tell me he don’t see a issue for my AC to worst off after having them do maintenance on my AC

Technicians Brian & Josh the installers did an excellent job. During the process they kept me informed on what they were doing, answered all of questions, and did a great job of cleanup. Afterwards they helped me set up the new smart thermostat, which I could not have done by myself. They did the best job of any installation team I’ve ever had.

Very quick and easy to schedule. The tech showed up only a few hours after initial scheduling. He seemed very knowledgeable. so far, the fixed AC has been working properly.

The Columbus Worthington Air representative showed up on time, quickly reviewed our current infrastructure and provided us with an estimate before she left. We had a great conversation and she understood our expectations and next steps. When we booked the installation of a new HVAC system, it happened in 3 business days and the installation was successfully completed in a single day. The installation crew was great and knew exactly what they were doing. We pointed out one item, and it was addressed immediately. We are so very pleased.
