The kit itself is fine

The kit itself is fine - there was no communication for shipping though, it just showed up one day without any email or tracking number. Also the How To video is hilariously bad - at least get an English speaker to narrate!

All around GREAT!

The materials, design, and instructions are all excellent! There was a competing company whose zipper pull and colorways were not as good as these pictures, and the product in person does not disappoint! Plus, the team was so nice and communicative when I had questions about shipping. All around, I will definitely order from this company again!

Love the pouch kits

Love the pouch kits. Beautifully packaged. Everything you need is included. It took 2 weeks to deliver, but was well worth the wait. I started it right away and am thoroughly enjoying it.

Order Missing

I have not received my order placed on December 28th. There is no update on the tracking number provided since the label was created. I have reached out to customer service and have not received a response.
