Great Company
The artificial grass we had put in our backyard is absolutely great. No longer is our dog tracking in dead grass so the house is much cleaner. The installers were efficient and did an excellent job. Everything went as we were told. Our Miniature Schnauzer took out a couple of corners and tore out a small chunk of the grass so if you have a dogs it would be wise to keep an eye on them until they get used to the new install. Other than that, and the dog was a puppy, everything was well done.

Estimate to take out existing turf
Estimate to take out existing turf, haul away, and replace with already purchased new turf-$10,000! Sounds extremely expensive. No deal.

Jim I was so shocked to hear about the how you were surprised at our low prices. So I looked at your estimate and what I found was this:
Artificial Grass to be installed 2700 sqft @ $2.50 sqft = $6750
Excavate and dispose your entire back yard 20 tons - $2400
Total Tax Included - $9150.00.....This is a smoking deal!
We understand that many people have a budget and we respect the budget conscience homeowner. We also offer financing up to $50,000 18 Months same as cash and only 6.99% OAC
You Dream Backyard would only cost you $118/ Mo.
We are always here for you and if you are still interested please feel free to give us a call we are always here to help.
We were surprised and pleased that…
We were surprised and pleased that Artificial Grass Masters did much more than artificial grass. They did a superlative job for us by putting in a paver and flagstone patio and walkway, and finishing it off with excellent landscaping.
The management of the job was first class, and we felt well treated.
Thanks Artificial Grass Masters!
Best regards, Scott & Trish

Grass only lasted three years because…
Grass only lasted three years because of untreated batch that went to several of their customers. The manufacturer replaced the grass but it was an inferior product. Artificial Grass wanted to charge more for labor than the original installation. I did it myself in the end with less patching than the original install.

We are proud to align ourselves with brand manufactures that warranty their product. We have installed millions of sq ft of artificial grass and some products fail its the nature of the business. But because it fails the manufacture also understands the risk so they provide a replacement warranty for the product. Unfortunately since products are offered at the lowest price, any costs for re-installation fall directly on the grass purchaser(The Homeowner). We offer an extended warranty as an insurance which covers the grass and the installation no questions asked. We encourage all of our homeowners to take advantage of our extended warranty unfortunately most homeowners feel it is unnecessary until it is too late.

We purchased grass in June and After…
We purchased grass in June and After the grass was laid the back 1/4 of the yard was damaged( looked totally smashed down and a different color) . The company told us the grass would eventually perk up as that was not unusual. They came back out a couple of times and tried resanding it and raking it to no avail. We asked from the get go to have it replaced but they told us it would spring back. After 3 months of arguing they contacted the warranty company and finally replaced the entire yard of grass. We were very happy to have our problems solved. I would not buy artificial grass again as it is too hot for people and dogs to walk on in the summertime 😟

We apologize for the inconvenience, We understand that when grass fails it is scary for a homeowner but that is why you selected Artificial Grass Masters because we will always do the right thing and help you out. When ever we receive a piece of grass that has a crusher roll issue it doesn't mean the grass is bad it just means that the grass would need to season and adjust over a short period of time nonetheless, we understand how you feel and we are glad we were able to do the right thing and get you all taken care of. If you ever need anything please feel free to contact us.

A very happy customer!!!
We interviewed many companies when we were building our home and were by far the most comfortable and pleased with Artificial Grass Masters! They are always on time and there has never been an issue when a few tweaks were needed here and there. They also had the best pricing and we live the opportunity to support veteran owned businesses.

Great friendly and hard working crew. Only one little bump in the road there was not enough time set aside to finish the job it took two days instead of one to complete my installation.

The grass looks real and nice
The grass looks real and nice. Just a couple of items that that you should be aware of.
1. The edges were not sealed well to prevent weeds from sprouting up.
2. I was told at installation that they would be back at some point in time to apply another coat of white sand. I have never heard from the installers since the original install date.
