Jesus and I scheduled time to meet. When he arrived at my home he reviewed the job site, provided the estimate and timing to complete the work. I had obtained multiple turf company estimates but selected Jesus because Barry shared 'he is one if his best installers and I will be pleased with his work as he has never received any complaints. "
I texted Jesus and confirmed I selected his services to do the work, and we agreed on a date to start. He returned to my home, where I completed the contract and handed him the deposit. We were on the schedule for May 21st and May 22nd, Here where the story takes a turn... one day before he and his team were to arrive on site to begin the work, I get a text from him that his mother suffered a stroke, he was hopping on a plane and he needed to move the installation date to the following week. I wished his family well and agreed to next week. I reached back out the following week but did not get a response. On May 29th, he responded via text that his mother passed and he will call me the following day with a new install day. However; I did not hear from him. On June 6th, I drop a text sharing I need to get the work done or refund my deposit. He replied and said, "he would return the funds." He has since ghosted me. I reached out to Barry, and he said to me maybe he got busy and took his family out of town for the weekend. I said "WHAT?" He said he would reach out to Jesus and follow up. I have not heard back from Barry Artificial Turf Supply reps either. Today, June 26th, 2026. I do not recommend Artificial Turf Supply and I've shared my compliant with Better Business Bureau (BBB) and local authorities as I believe this was 'theft by deception'. I am looking to share across multiple platforms to ensure ATS and their partners are not allowed to continue these bad business practices.

Service was great
Service was great. Raul did a good job making sure my order got done. However when the turf arrived one piece was cut to the wrong width. I let them know and Kyle immediately contacted me to make it right. They sent me a replacement roll at no cost. Very pleased with how it was handled.
