Coffee bags are really good
The coffee bags I've bought from them are really good and convenient for people who like good coffee but don't want to spend a lot of money on an espresso machine or cafetiere or French press.
It's just like a tea bag, but coffee bag, just need to allow it a couple of minutes to develop the flavours, and you have a great cup of coffee.
It's a must for me as I work as a healthcare assistant and need the boost in the morning, it's very quick to make.

I'm a total convert to Artisan pods
I'm a total convert to Artisan pods. The taste is miles better than Nespresso pods and they are dispatched really quickly. Will not be going back to horrible coffee ever again.

After paying for this item, I received an email to say it has now been delayed - payment should not be taken if this is the case!
Following on from response....I did in fact read the small print prior to ordering which said "delivery for October"

We hope you are well, we wish to bring to your attention that when you ordered your Advent Calendar very early on the 3rd October we clearly stated on the product page that the item was a pre-order item (Corrected to October despatch) - we have now updated this to November, with assurance all customers will have their items before the Christmas countdown, excuse the crossed wires as I have just received this confirmation.
We then personally emailed you to say that we could not make the October deadline, but that you can rest assured that your calendar will be with you well before the 1st December, we even offered you a free gift to make amends for the further delay.
As mentioned in the mail we sent to your personal email address we ask you to get in contact with us should you have any questions or if you want a refund - we are more than happy to discuss this with you via personal email or by phone.
We hope this update helps.

The package was a gift - that box ticked - but I missed where to enter the delivery address. Only entered my address. Contacted the team by email and they sorted promptly the next morning before despatch. Lovely friendly service. The receiver was delighted!
