I ordered three bags of coffee beans.
2 x Smart Cookie, 1 x Big Shot.
Both coffees were nice, the smart cookie especially so, but the beans in both varieties were quite oily which suggests that these were not freshly roasted - perhaps been sat on a shelf in a warehouse for a while. This was a bit disappointing.
(I have had a monthly coffee subscription, for 4 years, that sends me 3 different bags a month from a variety of roasters - never once had oily beans!!)

First order with Artisan. Excellent communications after I placed my online order and very quick to respond when I wanted to amend my order after I realised I’d made a mistake. Artisan were very accommodating ~ nothing was too much trouble.

Order arrived within 48hours via Royal Mail and was well packaged. First coffee (of six) tried today was very good. Looking forward to working through the rest.

Hi, my name’s Kariss and I’m a coffee addict.
I usually buy a coffee on my way to work every day, however since finding Artisan Coffee Co, I’d rather make my own! I use the ‘brew in a bag’ for coffee at work - EVERYONE judges at first, saying it won’t taste as good, then do a 180° as soon as they taste it.
I think four people at work now also buy this coffee. It will be absolutely be a stocking filler for Christmas this year for friends & family (and myself).
My favourite is the ‘big shot’ as I drink black Americano but all taste divine!

Easy website for buying and product arrived quickly - the free gift was an added benefit and will be a stocking filler
However as the coffee was a gift and the box was sealed I was unable to see the full product and check all is ok before giving as gift

The coffee is delicious. As special treat it’s really very nice but sadly not affordable for day-to-day drinking when even the basics are expensive these days. Unfortunately on this occasion one of the items I ordered was missing. Artisan Coffee replied quickly when I contacted customer service. The missing item reached me a few days later so all was well in the end. Likely a one-off error as I’ve never experienced any issues with previous orders.
