Amazing holiday again. We have booked several times and it never fails. Everything is so organised, stress free and reasonably priced. Thank you!

Pre holiday courtesy call and one on return to make sure that everything was in order. This makes you happy that everything is ok.

Just back from another great holiday arranged for us by Joanne . This time to Crete , Greece . Joanne always seems to find us the right hotels and is always patient with us getting to the right decision . A lovely friendly company to book holidays with . Highly recommend

Just returned from a fab holiday in Crete - we’ve used Artisan Escaoes for a number of years now and can highly recommend them. They are always so helpful, efficient and offer great customer service! Thank you Artisan Escapes.

Excellent service from Artisan from start Tom finish. Very helpful. Always polite. Hassle free service.

We have just arrived home from a fantastic holiday in Toronto booked for us by the amazing team at Artisan Escapes. I gave them a brief of what we wanted in regards to the hotel and position and they found us The Westin Harbor Castle right on Lake Ontario. It was perectly placed for what we needed. The staff go above and beyond to provide a fabulous service, checking in with us just before we left to make sure everything was right. Thank you Ann and team for another amazing holiday!

Very helpful, cheapest around, would well recommend

5stars !!

The service provided is exemplary, their industry knowledge is first class, they problem solve and when they say they will call you back, the do! Artisan were recommended by friends and whilst we live in another part of the UK, it feels as though they are on our doorstep.

excellent service from Artisan Escapes. Just used them to organise our trip to the Barcelona Grand Prix. Good communications, sourced the sporting break we required and provided options. Arranged with the end supplier all the details to ensure everything went smoothly.

Highly recommend the team at Artisan Escapes. They were so helpful and contactable after booking our first trip with them, thank you

We absolutely love Artisan Escapes! We have been customers now for many years and counting! Ann is unbelievably helpful. She makes sure everything is perfect from start to finish! Goes the extra mile every time! I can’t recommend enough- Thankyou again for all our beautiful holiday’s that you have sorted for us!

I’ve used Artisan Travel for years and genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else. Their prices are always spot on, and the team are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish.

What really sets them apart is the personal service — they ring a few days before you travel to make sure you haven’t missed anything and to see if there’s anything else they can help with. They also contact you when you get home, which shows how much they care about their customers.

Such a friendly team and nothing is ever too much trouble. They are already looking for my next holiday and I know I’m in safe hands. Highly recommend!

We had our holiday canceleld due to the war 10 days before we were due to leave. Joanne and Ann came to the rescue, advised on options, searched for alternatives at short notice and organized everything for the holiday, provided advice on what paperwork was required to visit the country. They organised our upgrade, airport lounge etc nothing was too much trouble. They exceeded our expecting by providing a personal touch with excellent service

Amazing customer service to book what for us was a holiday of a lifetime- we were given lots of advice and ideas and incorporated a trip to Hong Kong Australia and then Thailand - all flights transfers and hotels arranged we didn’t have to worry about a thing! We’ve since booked a package with Artisan and will definitely return for any future needs! Thank you to Ann and the team it’s been amazing

The staff at Artisan are exceptional, nothing is too much trouble, what ever you ask for, if it can be done they will do it. We have booked several holidays with Artisan Escapes at Whalley, including 5 star luxury hotels, a family holiday with the grandchildren. We explained our needs and they were met every time. Would never use any other travel agents. Thank you.
