Should be -10 stars, but not able to do that. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, I placed my order on 28th April its now 26h May still not been delivered. Several emails later asking for delivery update and a reply saying sorry as its coming from Portugal and she will chase it up and an email reply to say I'll have it by the end of that week, well still nothing. Now I'm asking for my money to be refunded. So I'll update this when I get a reply. SO possible SCAM

I have been in touch by email several times since paying over AUS $100 in March. I have neither the products nor a refund 😕 to date. I am very sceptical and do not believe this to even be a legitimate company. DO NOT BE CONNED.

If I could give them a ZERO I would. This company is a scam. Purchased and never received. Emailed multiple times with a reply back once from a Tamara person assuring me the item was arriving and nothing since. It’s been months. Brutal. Crappy Mickey Mouse company. Don’t bother

Without sounding repetitive, I seem to have had the same experience as many with this company. When I did not receive the bags I was sent an email immediately saying it would be sent and they would send me a tracking number and that was 2nd April and I have not heard since. A bunch of thieves sadly

I'm having the same issue as everyone No bags after 6 weeks. Don't waste your money. Seems its a scam - rats!!

Did not wanted to leave ANY STAR but seems like I had to at least one. Be very careful as this side or this company is happy to take your money BUT DO NOT DELIVER your product. 🤬🤬. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID

I ordered and paid for some beeswax bread bags 3 months ago. Have had one response which apologised and said a replacement would be sent “express delivery” on 2 April. Still no product and no replies to email. Think this sounds like poor service at the very least and fraud at worst.

They are a scam operation. Paid my money and got the free e-book and it’s been over a month and no bag. I have emailed 4x and they responded the first 2x saying the process takes 11 business days. There is no longer any record of my order or tracking #. I am currently going through my CC provider to recoup my loss. DON NOT USE THEM

Sadly I believe I have been scammed as well. Despite follow-up over 2 months, I am yet to receive my beeswax bag.

Ordered 25/3. 5 weeks later no response. Multiple emails enquiring about delivery. SCAM SCAM SCAM Contacted bank for refund.

I can't seem to understand all these reviews, me and various friends of ours have ordered from them multiple times, always got your orders on time. and we make quite big purchases!

I concur with all the reviews!! Got the free PDF book on Sourdough but no bags! Contacted them and i got a reply apologising and saying they would be here in the next few days. Nothing. Have contacted them twice since and guess what - no reply. First time I have been scammed!! There is a first time for everything! Do not deal with this company.

They are a scam from China. They make excuses and never deliver. Don’t buy from these crooks.

It seems i am in the same boat as everyone else, wish id done some research before, i have made an order o the 11th march its now 27th april and i have messaged 3 times the first time 3 weeks ago they replied straight away saying its in transit and it should arrive this week but it never did i have emailed since but now they are not repling ... looks like a scam indeed! Dont use

Like other people who have reviewed this company I ordered on 9 March 2026 and haven’t received the order. Their website is down so that adds to the belief that they are a fraudulent company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I placed an order on 13 March...nothing! Followed up on 4th April and received a reply...so sorry your order will be dispatched this week! I have since sent 2 more emails and no response. I am so annoyed as I spent over A$100 in good faith - I think I have been scammed by this company! Do not buy from them.

Contacted Artisan by email to ask where the bags are shipped from. Was informed Portugal. Ordered 1 bread bag on 31st March. Its now 26th April. 4 emails sent over the last 2 weeks asking about the shipment. Customer service will not reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. ITS A SCAM.
