Can anyone know the customer service of Artisan Galeria? I tried to contact the customer service from the website regarding my order, but every single time when I submitted the from it failed.
Bought Multani blue pottery and modern design contemporay coloured camelskin lamos from them for myself and as gifts for my most cherished friends. Fabulous quality. Great prices.
Excellent service and on time delivery. Staff is very cooperative. All items safely reached except 1 ceramic bowl were broken, which was immediately replaced after notice.

Hi, we are very sorry for being late in delivery, your order was pre-booked on out of stock items. We deliver instock items immediately, Out of stock items take time in manufacturing.

The order was not completed, and a credit card was charged. I had to email to get the order completed. I was informed that the item I selected to order had a plate broken and is not in inventory anymore so I had to change my selection.

Super flexible shoping experience. I never thought of purchasing these risky products online because these are very expensive. But i totally changed my mind after taking a risk purchasing from Artisans Galleria.
I received my package wraped in bubble sheet and it took me 35 minutes for unpaking.
The products were carefully wrapped. And was just the eye candies. Support team was also cooperative and friendly. Thank you artisans for this great experience.
