I ordered silk scarves and vegan leather purses to sell for my Etsy business and couldn't be happier with the results! I can double the price easily and make a good profit. I love working with Art of Where.

Their communication is terrible, items out of stock without being notified, told them we can cancel out of stock items as they will no longer be needed but they were still made printed resulting in extra costs, need to follow up several times to get a reply.
On the good side - the quality of their print and products is generally good.

It's one of the worst print-on-demand I have ever worked with. I like their velveteen pillows, but the site is SLOW and the shipping takes forever.

I have been ordering from Art of Where for over 7 years and have been extremely happy with their products and customer service. Any defects I've had have been promptly reprinted and when I've been on a time crunch for upcoming events, they have gone above and beyond to get my order to me, even if it was just a partial so I could get what I needed the most at an earlier date. I've also submitted recommendations that have been taken into consideration and implimented. We often hear from our customers at our events how amazing the detail and quality is on our products and have a high rate of returning purchases. We are proud to support a Canadian company, that lessens our footprint, and offers products worth the price! Highly recommended!

First I ordered a meter of swimsuit lycra, it was fantastic - printing and stretchiness was as described on the website.
Then I ordered leggings, which were described as very stretchy on the website. They are not at all stretchy, very uncomfortable, and the fabric content is not as stated on the website. I contacted Art of Where multiple times and they refused to refund or credit me, and ignored the actual issue (lack of stretch) stating that the size I ordered was shipped. I'm not sure why a company would not stand behind its product as stated on the website, thus losing a customer and getting bad reviews.
Edit: the leggings I received were the wrong fabric content, more than just a slight discrepancy. This is a manufacturer defect and should have been refunded, replaced, or credited by Art of Where, without having to get my credit card company involved.

They were just ok when I started using them four years ago. Now they're terrible. It takes 2+ weeks for them to ship orders making for very unhappy customers. When you speak to them on the phone, they're extremely abrasive and clearly don't care. I'm not sure what's happened to them, because their quality used to be great. But boy have they fallen. We'll be pulling out two of our businesses and finding another drop shipper.

I've worked with Art of Where since before Covid. 99% of the time the quality is superior. The 1% of time where something didn't go right, they fixed immediately. I've received outstanding customer service and a recent large order they went above and beyond in production so I would receive it in time for a trunk show. They've even been gracious when I've voiced frustration or concerns.

I am a new customer. The designer does not work. It freezes all the time, not allowing me to go to the next option. I have contacted their customer service, and now they are asking me to replicate the problem. But how can I replicate the freezing? I logged in this afternoon (around 3 pm, and now I am experiencing a new problem. The image does not duplicate in the designer. I changed browsers and tried again, but no change. Something is seriously wrong with their application.

I have had several items produced with this shop, which I sell online. I don't use the drop-ship option because I also sell in a retail space. Their journals are amazing, the silk scarves are lovely, and I am eagerly waiting on my first shipment of zipper bags! It takes some time, so patience is important, but I have never been disappointed with my order.

Over 3 weeks shipping for a print within Canada
This used to be an awesome print shop then they started cutting corners like not printing a prime layer when doing t-shirts. Their sizes run small so make sure you order a size or 2 up.
Their colours are off, along with their attention to detail.
This used to be my favourite printshop to work with, expensive but worth it. Now they're just expensive.
I am an artist that has worked with Art of Where for many years. The products that they produce along with the art printing is of excellent quality. The colors are always on point, and I get many compliments from my customers. Also customer service is always responsive, and on time. I recommend this company.
I can't speak highly enough about Art of Where's customer service! I had difficulty with my Squarespace connections and their team was patiently worked with me over the course of a few days to ensure I could regain access to my account.

Love their products! As an artist, I recently had an event that I needed to expedite an order for that I had already placed. I worked with Paige who expedited the production and worked to get me a DHL priority option upgrade which I was happy to pay for (not much more). My order arrived ahead of schedule, thank you so much!!

My new online shop is running and I got the first products delivered to my customers. It was a steep learning curve so far, but AoW was on my side. Helpful, professional, correct. I use Art of Where for the Canadian manufacturing of my products on Etsy and the local art/craft shows I attend.
The help desk has been incredibly helpful and the quality of products they produce has been amazing.
It took me years to find them and they make my print on demand business run smoothly and effectively.
Whatever problems that may come up, they have been able to help me and fix any issues I have.

I've received several legging samples and a skater dress sample from AOW and love both the fabric and print quality. I look forward to creating more products in the near future. As for customer service, I had a great experience when requesting the recovery of some original design file uploads that I lost on my end. I did not save them in the image library so I sent an email requesting if they could be sent to me. Paige responded within 24 hrs and sent me a WeTransfer link with all the original design files that I had requested the very next day. Thank you Paige! That saved me many hours of work. Greatly appreciated!

I have ordered hundreds of silk habotai scarves from Art of Where over 3 years and have always been extremely happy with the color matching, the quality and customer service...even when I had one misprint in the beginning. They rectified it and sent a new item immediately. Shipping does take longer than others...but we are in the US and shipping from Canada does take time. Perhaps they will consider a different shipper. But I will continue to print with Art of Where for my future products of this type for sure! My scarves are very popular and sell very well!!
