I would give zero if it would be…
I would give zero if it would be possible. Items delivered were a size too small, proven by photo, and outside of even their shoddy allowances of an inch from the size shown in their size charts. They received my photo clearly showing +1.1 inch variation from the size chart (which qualifies for exchange or refund), and in their response rounded up the measurement to reply they were 0.8" within size chart and therefore within limits (which is contradicted the photo) and would do nothing. This company refuses to exchange, and will not provide a return address. I offered to send the items back at my cost. Be very careful, the t-shirt is like a child size. I ended up wasting a large amount of money on items cut too small and mis-sized, with utterly appalling lack of care for the client and a refusal to deal with it. This is just WOW, dreadful service and dreadful lack of customer care nor concern at all for their product. Now it's over to the credit card company to claw back funds. AVOID!! AVOID AVOID

We are sorry to see this one-star review and regret that we could not meet your personal expectations for the fit of your order. We want to assure all potential customers that we handled this case transparently and according to our clearly published refund policy.
We are a small, independent shop, and our policy strictly requires items to be faulty or incorrectly sized (outside of our advertised tolerances) to qualify for a refund. We stand by our decision as the item was found to be within the correct specifications based on the evidence provided by the customer.
The customer ultimately demanded a full refund for the t-shirts without returning them, a demand that is contrary to our refund policy, which requires the items to be returned for any inspection or remedy.

Matisse print
Purchased a large Matisse print which arrived exactly as described and well packaged and I will be buying from them again.
Unfortunately it was despatched through an inept courier who took far too long and a return of the print to get it to me.
Phil in Art-O-Rama support handled these problems brilliantly, speaking to the courier and keeping me up to date with the delivery. I cannot praise enough his professionalism throughout and he is the main reason I'm happy to shop here again.
I believe the relationship with the courier is under review.

Great t shirts
I love the designs and the t shirt quality is good . Just the sizing is a little hit and miss - read the size chart carefully and it will be ok but they tend to size a bit smaller so if you are normally a size M Women, get a size L to Xl but it can be a bit long depending on on how you like it .
I got a size L women’s for a fitted T shirt ( usually am a size S to M in other brands ) and a size XL youth for a less fitted shirt - both are fine.

Small sizing & no returns!
T-shirt printing was good but the quality of the garment was poor and the women’s sizing extremely small. Ladies small in like a child’s size. Such a shame!
Biggest problem was the refusal to engage with me re a return. Beware, they don’t take anything back! Or communicate with you in any way.

I love these t shirts
I love these t shirts. Very striking. Good quality though some seem to be made of thinner (Gildan) material than others. Wash well, and don't require a lot of ironing, Delivery reliable and good discounts/free delivery for orders of 3 plus.

Great company with unique products
This is a unique company that sells really one-of-a-kind products. I love the T-shirts, and the flip-flops are fun also. I live in the US and the shipping is fast and reliable to me. I have family in Germany and I can also have products shipped to them with no hassle. I just bought two long sleeve T-shirts for cool evenings. All the T-shirts are comfortable to wear, and wash and dry easily. I recommend this company and it’s products highly.
