I’ve just started using Artovo
I’ve just started using Artovo, the customer service is excellent and the cushions I ordered are amazing. I’m so pleased with the quality I’ve already ordered more.
The actual ordering and personalising is very easy and received prompt postage.

Following on from my 1 star review on…
Following on from my 1 star review on 10th June, it took many days after I left that review to get anyone to respond at Artovo. It transpired that there was an issue their end, which was sorted out by Jondo, the parent company ,fair enough, however, customer service should take alot less than a week to respond. I now find Artovo have charged me twice for the product! As a new customer, this has not been the best experience at all. I will not be returning.
