Image executed correctly the first time, without any problems.

The videos are very helpful and I was contacted each time I had a zip fail with an explanation. It was a bit of a learning curve but I understand now what is required to get a higher resolution. Thanks Artzip, I will be using you again!

The support and customer service that I received was unheard of in today’s tech environment.

This is fantastic. My first time and I had a slight problem with the initial sizing. I sent them a message and it was responded to and fixed in less than 24 hours. The quality is excellent, (depending on your photos, of course), and I consider the pricing superb as well. I was quoted $160 for each painting before at a fine art printshop. I now know how I’ll be creating my own moving forward.

Part of the problem was me. I have never tried adding a photo and correcting or resizing the image. So, I was a little frustrated with myself. Also, was having a difficult time at login changed the password several times. Once everything work I was happy with the finished product. Next time will be easier!

I like that we can load so many photos so that the image is very high resolution.

I can do this myself on photoshop but it takes so much time and frustration. It’s well worth the $25.

So far so good. I have only done two artzips.
One was great. Love how the image looks and the final image is huge. Great for print options.
The other image, the problem is that my photos were not sharp and therefore the artzip was not sharp. So that's on me.
Support is great. I have emailed them with questions and they answer within 24 hours.
Looking forward to using this more. A real time and money saver for me.

I only wish I had discovered artzip months ago! There are so many courses out there that teach how to make art prints (I paid for many of them) and they all recommend using a scanner. I’m an oil painter and because my paintings are shiny, the scanner method just wasn’t working for me. Thankfully, I found artzip and I’m finally able to get a detailed, high resolution digital image of my work! It’s so detailed that I have to zoom in on Lightroom to edit out dust. Also, I had trouble getting one of my paintings to load and the owner, Waddy, was quick to help. Thank you, Waddy!
