The engineers at Arundel Fire, Security & Electrical have just completed a dual task for our retirement complex. The replacement of the call care system and installation of our smoke detection.

Right from the initial enquiry through to installation and completion all the staff have been helpful, very proactive, cheerful, very professional, and all enquiries were dealt with in a timely fashion. They finished the work within the time stated, and left each property very clean and tidy.

We will have no hesitation in recommending the company. Thank you to them all.

Arundel Fire Security & Electrical have been our go-to firm for Fire Alarm installation & maintenance, CCTV and general Electrical maintenance and re-wires since 2019. Their knowledge of regulations for HMOs and privately rented properties is excellent, and all of their engineers are professional and efficient. Their work is always carried out to the highest standard.
Most recently they carried out a full re-wire of a 5 bedroom house with the absolute minimum disruption to walls/floors etc. As always, we were hugely impressed with their work.

During the quoting process for an extensive fire and security alarm for our home with multiple outbuildings, Arundel were the most proactive and engaging out of the 3 potential suppliers we chose.

The quote was provided quickly considering the size of the system, and was the most competitive. After doing some supplier research, we liked the fact that Arundel were a large substantiated company with a good history, but not national and therefore when you ring up it is personal, and not a switch board.

During the installation itself, the 2 installers were incredibly conscientious. They bought brand new dust sheets in to protect carpets, they removed shoes every single time, no matter how many times they had to run in and out of the house, they never complained or were overheard saying anything negative at all, they were very professional. They had little ladder protectors on their steps, they kept me updated at every stage and were all round very trust worthy.

The office support and correspondence has been good, and follow snags are being addressed without fuss.

The end result is ace, and the alarm system installed is exactly what we need, with a very user friendly mobile app to monitor the system, and slick equipment installed throughout.

We highly recommend this company for your fire/security. (Can't comment on the electrician aspect because we didn't have this, but we expect it is just as good).

We had a presale EICR done, which unfortunately revealed some defects, however, they were able to book us in very promptly to rectify these so that the sale could proceed. Professional business who respond quickly with friendly staff. It is great to be able to contact an office who will find a solution rather than pass your query onto another department. They have completed several electrical repairs on rental properties and completed electrical certificates on holiday lets. I would be happy to recommend.
