Awful company, avoid at all costs! They are total scam artists. Communication is poor, delivery timescales long and when I requested a return they tried to offer me discounts for keeping the items - not understanding that the clothes did not fit and were not as advertised, very poor quality. The cost to return to China is extortionate and not communicated on their website. The whole experience has been awful and I'm seriously out of pocket. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!

The quality of the clothing is awful and not as advertised. I am working on getting them shut down they are scammers !!!

This is a scam site. Ordered a wool coat, it came 100% polyester and was not nice like the image. I asked to return it to the UK address listed on the website to be told I had to pay to return it to China. AVOID

AVOID! Seriously. It’s a scam. I’ve ordered a 100% wool sweater and it came 80% polyester tshirt. Contact them and was told to send it back to them to get my refund. I bought it in January, sent it back early February ( after arguing with them via email) and I am still waiting for my refund.
They claim they are based in England and THEY ARE NOT. They are in china.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. ADVERTISED AS UK STORE BUT THEY OPERATE PURELY FROM CHINA. RECEIVED A COAT THAT WAS THE WORST FABRIC EVER AND NOWHERE NEAR £60. IT LOOKED CHEAP AND FLIMSY. THEY DO NOT GIVE A RETURN ADDRESS. TRY TO FORCE YOU TO KEEP THE JACKET AND OFFER 20% PARTIAL REFUND. THEY DO NOT GIVE ANY UK RETURNS ADDRESS AND NEVER MENTION A NAME TO KNOW WHO YOU ARE CORRESPONDING WITH. THEY ARE A SCAM “business”. THEY NEED SHUTTING DOWN.

Order took weeks to arrive and then so didn’t arrive in time for when I needed it. Customer service useless and refused to cover return shipping costs. Avoid this company.

90$ for a dress advertised totally different than what arrived. Super cheap printed material and does not fit right at all. They make the return/refund process incredibly difficult.

Awful. Product looked nothing like image. The cheapest of thin rubbish material. Do not buy from them. Took ages to arrive and tbh I could have bought the same from Temu for £2.

The trainers were the wrong size and cheaply made. Not like the picture at all.
Would not tell me their address for a return and refund as stated in their return policy. Eventually said I could keep the trainers and have a 15% refund.

Absolute SCAMMERS!

No refund even after returning items. They are registered in U.K. but it's all part of scam. The same person have registered multiple unrelated businesses in the U.K. if you check company details HMRC. Temu has better items than this guy selling.

I ordered a white blazer which took almost 2 weeks to arrive. My money was wasted on a blazer that was so thin that you can see through it and looked more like a blouse. Absolutely disgusting. Can not wear it as it looks so cheap and nasty.
Will never buy from them again!

Amazing online store that my friend recommended to me. Im really glad they did because the whole experience was great from start to finish. Very poor quality material & making for an item they charge a lot for,then when you ask for a refund you have to pay costs,they also do not stick to their word.Do not buy from this company,very dissapointed.

Arven and Vale is really where I get my best clothes. Their customer service is always on hand in case you need them. The package arrived safely and on time, and their bundle offers are just amazing.

Ordered a jumper its a printed top to look like a jumper
Very cheap poor quality material at that. Reported to trading standards. They offered me a refund if i sent back at my own cost. However if it gets 'lost' its not their fault and they will take no responsibility . Overall stay away from this company
