Cannot thank Farruk enough for my As Built Calcs and EPC this week. My local council had made things difficult for me, but that's another story. Contacted ASAPS on Wednesday, and by this morning I had everything back, and now have been signed off by both Council and LABC! - All thanks to Farruk managing to put all my information together, which was a lot. Again, cannot thank this guy enough, absolute hero! Probably fed up with me after 2 and a half days of sending him extra information.
Used ASAPS for my design stage calculations too, when they were also faultless. 100% wouldn't go anywhere else if I decide to build again, and will make sure I recommend them to anyone I know starting a project.
Once again - a massive thank you!

Unfortunately I could have not been more disappointed with this company service. Not keeping agreed timing, terrible communication (not answering phone calls and emails), not calling to update me as promised.
I asked ASAPS to produce a new-built SAP assessment as required by building control for one of my newly converted flats. It was very urgent as this was holding up an agreed sale of the apartment and it was accumulating finance interests costs.
It was promised to take a week (booked and paid Friday, so by the next Friday if not before), and it was duly paid for the same day as required. I decided to chase it up Thursday (a day before it was supposed to be ready), and no one was answering the phone. I also sent an email and no one replied to the email. Finally on Friday managed to speak to them and i was told to wait as they needed to check with the assessor. No one called me back. I chased on Monday again, and no call answer again and i left them a voice message. They called me back to let me know that they haven't checked with the assessor and to wait a call back as they need to chase with the assessor (no explanation why they didn't check with he assessor the previous week). I did not receive a call back as promised again, and after couple of days when i managed to speak to them and i was informed that there is no progress with this assessment and they need another week to do it (which would have been now three weeks instead of one week!).
Understandably I asked them to cancel the service immediately and to refund us. Not only that i was delayed two weeks by ASAP's inefficient service, incurred unnecessary interest costs, but also paid approximately 30% more for an urgent SAP assessment which was produced duly by another company in five days as promised. I was then contacted by ASAPS and offered a free assessment 'guaranteed' by the end of the week which i declined as i already paid the other company. I received several emails from ASAP in a few days time to apologise and try to offer free services, which i think was prompted by the fact that they expected my honest online customer review.
Reading their previous 5 stars reviews makes me thinking that i was extremely unlucky to receive such bad service but it is hard to imagine how this same company and people can provide five stars service based on my experience.

I cannot recommend ASAPs enough! They went above and beyond to help me obtain all the required documentation for building control in record time. Thanks to their prompt response and unwavering commitment, we were able to get the property signed off and secure the client's dream home. Special thanks to Darren and Johanna for their outstanding support. ASAPs are the best choice for anyone in need of efficient and reliable services.
