Difficult to use even on the lowest…

Ascily has asked me to update my review:
I requested a refund and was told if have to ship the item to the Netherlands; I am in the United States. I saw another reviewer on this site who was told to return the item to the United States; she is from the UK. This is part of the email they sent me: "Please note that shipping costs may be high due to the weight of the package & distance, and they’re the responsibility of the customer. However, I spoke to my manager earlier and we came up with an option that might be more beneficial for you. 🙏 We, as a company, will be at a loss on this order either way, so here’s what we could do to make things easier for you: We’re happy to let you keep the item (maybe it comes in handy one day, maybe it can be gifted), to help you avoid paying the hefty shipping fees, and we’ll still instantly refund you 25% of what you paid."

This appears to be a tricky way to avoid returns and defraud the customer. After negotiating with them, they offered 50% refund which I took. I choose to order directly from this company; however, after this experience, I found the same item on Amazon for half the price! A full refund would've been given if I'd ordered through Amazon and returns would've been simple.

I plan to report this tactic to the Better Business Bureau. I'm certain this is not the updated review Ascily wanted to see.

Difficult to use even on the lowest setting... It literally sucks your skin in and won't release without turning it off and prying your skin out. Very painful. I am in my sixties and have loose skin so maybe for someone with very tight skin but not for me. I'm covered in bruises.

Noninstructions

I received the product and no instructions on how to use it. It is just sitting in my closet because I tried but it doesn’t mlook e it just sticks to one spot. Please send instructions for use

Nice device but bad English in the…

Nice device but bad English in the instructions. They should inform you to turn the device on and put in on the skin area you want to treat, but you have to turn it of again while it's sucked to your skin after just 3-4 seconds, or else you'll get bruised and experience pain. When you've turned it off still keeping it sucked to the area you drag the device in upwards movements until it releases the skin and you'll have to repeat the procedure. I had to try it a few times before I understood how to avoid bruising and to hard sucking function. The instructions should actually explain this better but it doesn't.

Never received my order (ordered 1,5…

Never received my order (ordered 1,5 months ago). I was told it had been delivered and was asked to check with neighbours or in my garage. According to their tracking they had used a delivery company that I was not familiar with and does not deliver to my country. They promised me they will send a replacement but they haven’t done that. I asked them to cancel my order and to return my money, but they said they can’t do that. Total scam. Don’t order!

Tutte le recensioni positive credo non siano reali.
Verificate meglio per evitare altri adescamenti.

Packaging is cheap and no proper…

Packaging is cheap and no proper information on how to use it properly. So far my skin got stuck multiple times in the device and I got bruises all over my legs.

SCAMMERS!!!!

It’s a scam! I used the lowest level and it’s too strong and made a lot of bruising! I tried to let them know about it and send them the pictures of before and after. They want me to send them a video of how I used it! I am not damn not to know! Well, I am asking for a refund and I’ll send it back to them. Guess what? They block my email! I can’t email them anymore! Don’t trust them!

the delivery took 3 weeks and when the item arrived I was not happy as it is too strong and i wanted to return it. The customer service was incredibly late in every response and said that I should oay a lot of fees to send it back to USA than the actual money I paid for the item. So do not trust what is said over the website where they promise a smooth a free return because they are not willing to provide as such. I LOST MY MONEY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
