I had a hygienist appointment booked for 30 minutes. The appointment was 7 minutes late and I walked out of the door 5 minutes early even though I paid for 30 minutes.

Great first appointment experience
The environment was very calm and inviting. It was children’s day and the setting was perfect for children. Also the understanding and patience towards my boys who are extremely hyper was outstanding

Always a great experience
Always a great experience at this dental practice. Daisy on the front desk is always so kind and personable. They always run to time, explain things clearly and are really friendly. I never feel nervous about visiting the dentist!

Really professional treatment. But pro private, not NHS
Really felt the clinician was at the absolute top of her game. Great treatement, obvious expertise.
Do feel the practice is moving away from NHS to private by default.

New Front Tooth
I had a front tooth rebuilt by Dr. Sall and her assistant. It took about 30 minutes but I could not have been treated with any greater care and the end result is spectacular. I'm so pleased.

Horrible
Very horrible. Had my son's teeth done here, paid £300 to get a broken front tooth repaired ( just a very small fraction) and just over a year it's chipped out again. It's annoying as he could never use it to bite due to sensitivity . It really has me wondering if he did, then it wouldn't last 3 months. Just feels like a waste of money. Wouldn't recommend

Front fillings, by their nature, may be more prone to fracture, especially considering the shape and position of the tooth. It's crucial to emphasize that any treatment delivered at our practice is accompanied by a one-year guarantee. Exceeding this one-year period would consequently result in additional charges.
Regarding sensitivity, there is no recorded history or knowledge of such issues over the past year. If you had contacted the practice when these symptoms initially arose, we would have been more than happy to promptly investigate and address the matter.
We appreciate your understanding and place high value on your feedback, as it significantly contributes to the enhancement of our services. If you have any further concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Your satisfaction is our priority.
astronomical pricing
Very dissatisfied that my daughter attended a retainer replacement fitting and the dentist informed me that she could get them scanned which is quicker and cleaner option at Sunningdale branch. I did not appreciate wasting my time coming this afternoon to be told to make another appointment at another practise this is poor customer service. The price I was quoted was an astronomical 50% increase in 2 years that is daylight robbery for a piece of plastic. I don’t want to hear this is inflation!!!!! shall be raising a complaint about this price is not even published on your website. Get a quote before you attend any visits!!!!
