A great dental practice
Receptionist is great - so warm & friendly which helps put you at ease.
Hygenist is also brilliant - careful, kind, considerate and professional.
All in all a great dental practice.

From the receptionist to the dentist

Disappointed doesn’t even cut it….we’ve got our plan I’ll make you a gourds
Nwarly6 hours to get compsie bonding. 3 weeks later from cleaning my teeth the front on has just fallen out… not only am I upset I saved for years, I still have pains and tooth ache from that day. Iit obviously wasn’t done properly, considering how much I paid, I’d expect the bare minimum but this is horrible now

We have no record of you on our systems however we would recommend contacting your practice who should be able to get you booked back in. If you have any trouble we would be happy to register you and offer you an appointment with us to fix it.
The duty of care I received was…
The duty of care I received was excellent. The dentist apologised and explained why they couldn't see me earlier. Mostly he explains the procedures of my treatment, how he will extract my wisdom tooth. During the treatment he was speaking to me checking if I was in pain or if I needed a break. He was explaining whilst treatment was ongoing etc. And after the procedure he showed me the tooth and explain what types of pain medication to use and how to look after myself. I was given an after care instructions.
The dental practice is very good and friendly and helpful. Each time I went in for appointment they go extra mile to help.
