Landlords Insurance Policy
Just taken out a landlords insurance policy through this Company. Very straightforward process online. Documentation emailed to my account instantly. Could not be happier. Will be moving my other property to this provider when the time comes...

No Bells and Whistles
The Company are efficient and well priced. I have not had reason to test their handling of issues as none has arisen but they kept on top of my renewal when it was due and chased me up appropriately.

I've been searching different public liability insurance providers all day and Ashburnham Insurance have beaten my renewal quote by over £120! Cheapest by far and they included tools cover which wasn't on my last policy. Wish I had found them last year!
