Ashford Wells are criminals. Should be able to provide no star st all. How this company could improve is to disappear off the earth. They are criminals who will steal money all the while pretending that they have recovered lost funds for you. You won’t see anything from them and they will ignore phone calls. Jeremy Peters and Jacob Ferrara (most likely false names) are very good at conning people into giving them money which you will never see again. Don’t trust them you will never recover anything.

Whatever you do, don’t believe one single word you hear from them. I have lost a substantial amount of money and I am disgusted at their ability to simply work as con men and thieves.

This company told me they went into liquidation.
They said my agents scammed me as well as others. They were not good at any transaction made out of my account. But soo smart at convincing me by adding fake pages on my pc. Making me assume my investment was accumulating. It was a 3 man team but mainly 1 person who kept the performance ongoing by saying things like "Now is the right time to put more money in or you need to secure your investments by adding more funds. Went from $250 to$10000 to $25000 to $35000" in a space of 2 month. Plus fees to secure your withdrawal and all this other bs they made up on the way.
Tax time came around and then the shit came up. They opened another wallet up my 9th farkn wallet which showed I had 4 btc,but couldn't withdraw or move to my ledger, which was what I was trying to do. Then my agents suddenly left I mean, just evaporated and left me in the hands of a liquidator.
Who told me they got fired for scamming a number of clients..
I believe tax time is when they finish their scam. And enter new scam. Liquidator. Who tells me if I wanted my investment I had to front up $60000.
Then over 3 weeks that front went to 60k to 35k to 10k to20k. Endless calls smart ass texts like " it's a great afternoon. Hurry up or i will close account.
He even said my agents were fired and arrested x6 in total, yet he said later ohh I spoke to Max he said for me to contact them. As I havent been returning calls it just went on and on..
And then the recovery group come in to play because your investment i lost gets advertised on a block chain where everyone can see. Your name amount of btc you phone number.
So you have another set of problems
They know fark all. They just want access to your pc or phone to scout thru and grab leftover bitcoins you have in your wallets u made that you are unaware of. Then they gain trust and try to access your bank and say they need to put your lost btc into account it came from. Thats bullshit. Im saying this...
If they say anydesk, supremo,google meet,zoom. Hang the fark up. I got scammed.. call your bank. Call police.. call tax dept.. they the only ones,now get this...WHO CARE FOR YOU. OK. And will do their best to track receive and try.
This wrecked my life and still has today.
Peace of mind is more important than phone calls all day and night.
Ashfordwells, Mark Singer,Max t Ford, Joe Parker, what's app recovery groups, will be taking a break and will start trolling about January and close about tax time. WHY... simple they didn't want to pay your taxes they would of got caught..

Please do not go into btc alone, make it a 2 person investment. If they won't show their face its a scam.
They perfected their pitch to you and its good. I was getting good at deceiving my bank.
So I lost my life savings, family retired home. They didn't care until they took it all because I sent a statement of my bank. And once the was gone they were gone..

As for me I'm in my 60s health is depleting, be homeless soon, no money for meds...but no more calls from people but still has my $63 in bank as i had to learn how to clean pc and mobile as those people left crumbs behind so they could visit when they liked

This is just one big scam, It only took 3 days before my supposed account was locked and I couldn't log in or see what had happened with the money I sent.
Kevin rang me twice in the first two days, the first call to show me how the website worked, the next day to tell me I could never make any real money with so little invested, and that I should increase my investment . I told him about the sales pitch and that i would like to see how it went in the first 2 weeks before increasing the investment. 2 days later I have been locked out of the account and there seems like no way to even contact them.
Don't touch this company, you will lose your money!

After seeing the investment announcement made by the PM and one MP in Australia on social Media , i filled out the online form and invested minimum of $250 in trading market with Ashford wells.
Soon ,I have realized that i made a bad decision wrong because they called everyday and asked for more money, when they met my objection, they huge up the phone in an angry and aggressive manner. the last call was 5 March 2026 and again asking the same and they said with minimum investment they can't do anything for me even there is no help for closing my account from them. I endorse all of the negative comments about them.

I was contacted by these people in January 2018 the person talking to me was called Basher he told me they were a very reliable company he convinced me to invest £250 straight after that he told me the noise you can hear in the background is someone has won and there manager is very happy he then talked me into investing another £750 to make it up to a grand that would open better trading platforms, he asked me to open a link on my computer so he could see what I could and help me with the platform this i did he invested some money said he would contact me the next day to see how it went on The next day he phoned me the trade had made a bit of money he then told me the firm had started a very exiting scheme were what ever I put in they would also anyway to cut to the chase so it doesn't go on to long I ended up putting £16000 altogether they allegedly also put the same amount with my amount showing £32000 that very day he told me his manager had a hot tip and we need to do it straight away so he put virtually all my money on gold to lose over the next day he did that and off he went needless to say gold didn't go down it went up and I lost all my money in 3 days have tried to get my money back over the years without any luck through different means anyone know how I can get it back ??

They made away with almost $300,000 and shut me off. I felt all was lost and I was dammed until my niece told me to fight them using Guarantee Global Investment & Fund Recovery (guaranteeglobalinvestments.com). They did a fantastic job finding this people and have recovered almost all my money back and the scammers are willing to pay $30,000 extra as compensation for my wasted time.

This company is very disgusting. With $2700 account, the leverage is 1:300. Today I tried to trade and I can adjust the profit no more than $75 and stop loss is should be under $25. what a ridiculous!!! this is definitely designed for losing money.

I don't even want to give 1 star. They have conned me so much money. I've lost at least 15k from them. At the beginning they were adamant that they will triple my money by the end of the month. they bullied and pushed me to put more money in all the time. i kept on saying no, but they don't stop! i gave them the deposit and after 48 hours i requested a refund as i changed my mind and they gave me every excuse under the sun!. i got to the stage where i could not make my daily payments because of them and i ended up with an IVA with my bank because they will not refund my money. in Aug 2018 i had a phone call saying that a lot of trading is happening and i said i didn't want to trade, but they pushed and pushed and promised me that it will be worth it. they finally persuaded me and with in an hour i went from 15k to 4 k. i lost everything. since then i have been asking to withdraw the rest so i can at least pay something to my IVA. Now i have IVA, I've lost my credit scores, accounts and cards. Since September i do not own the card that i used to deposit. i kept on asking what i need to do. i also gave them my new account details so they can at least fund me the money that i have left. They kept on saying that my account manager will get in touch. last time i contact them was end of Jan. In Feb i ended up in hospital for three weeks because of this. when i got out, i went back online on 5 Mar and asked for another withdrawal. They finally replied and sent me the application form. As i was filling this out, i went and double check the exact amount i have in there. i then came to find out that they took $4000 dollars of me for inactivity fee! Im am extremely angry and i feel they need to be recognise on how they like to steel people, money, lives and future. They need to be ashamed!!!

In July last year I opened an account with Ashford Investments and invested £500. I carried out one transaction in September 2018 and, with the help of an Ashford Investments advisor, made £34.54. I was then bombarded with many phone calls asking me to invest more money. Some of these calls were from other investment companies. When I insisted that I wouldn't invest more money the Ashford Investments caller became quite annoyed and put the phone down. Due to other pressing commitments I have not made any other transactions and in February 2019 I sent an email asking for my money back. I received a reply saying that my account had only £34.54 credit and that the rest had been deducted as an "inactivity fee". I then emailed them asking that the £34.54 be refunded to my bank account and got an email back saying that the minimum withdrawal amount was £50. On enquiring about the amount of the inactivity fee was told it was £500. Need I say more.

Well i must be honest it wasn't the fastest service by no means but in their defence i DID get my withdrawal into my account within 1 day of being told so back to my cc.
So dont be despondent they are real people and do exist just be polite when dealing with them is my advice.

Pls execute my withdrawal request asap. Your referring to point 12 in the T/A giving you the right to keep my balance of app 150 EUR is unbelievable.

But because we all believe in good fortune and good luck Ive found a better way to lose your money - Ashford Investments, the biggest scam artists to ever come out of he Eastern block. DO NOT INVEST WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Put 500usd into Ashford in May. Because of the time difference they always rang me between 8 - 9.30pm. Had many calls but didn't accept them because of the time. Put in a refund request after 2 months, didn't hear anything. Finally had a call at 7:00pm With a very pushy lady, said had no record of refund request. Then said that they would take all the money as fees if i didn't participate in a month. Arranged a call back 2 days time, She suggested 3 options 1 made $22 the others lost $33. Said she would ring back in 2 days. Suggest 4 options - USD/DKK - said their system wasn't working properly and it wouldn't show what actually happening, lost $465USD in under a minute. Looking back on their graph history it did not line up with the losses, The graph said I should have made money! And she said she is going to ring back next week! Don't be bullied!!! Do research... Very high risk, managers do not tell you their history or experience, they are just names. Not impressed

I have made several complaints to ASHFORD directly using telephone and email to no avail. Their staff seem trained in all manner of tactics to avoid actually giving any service whatsoever.
I accepted a bonus and signed a TERMS & CONDITIONS agreement to keep on trading and reach a certain volume (20X my investment). I agreed and thankfully I printed out the contract, but the staff rigidly keep quoting some different version of a contract that I DID NOT SIGN. Ashford won't acknowledge they made a mistake.
I have burnt up several account managers, and nobody there knows what's really gone on, my background or trading history. They are so FAKE!
When trying to withdraw what's is left in my account I am offered all manner of reasons-the latest being that by doing short time trades I have cost them money!
It's preposterous. They make money every time I open and close a trading position as far as I know. How else can their business model be sustained? Oh, I know! Just TAKE, TAKE, TAKE the money!
