After lots of careful consideration we asked Lee from Ashton Lee Surveyors to carry out a homebuyers survey and we're so glad that we did.
We were blown away by the thoroughness and level of detail. The report covered the obvious things that you would expect from a homebuyer survey but also small things that wouldn't necessarily impact our decision to purchase but has created a lovely little snagging list of things to do when we move in.
The aftercare provided by Lee is first class. He makes himself available to answer any questions you have from the report, explaining them in layman's terms so that you don't feel blinded by terminology. Lee offers various products and after a quick phone call decided a level 2 home buyer survey would be the best option for what myself and my partner needed. I gave the details to Lee and promptly heard back when the survey was completed and when to expect the report.

The report arrived well-on-time and honestly over-delivered, the amount of detail in the survey was astounding nothing was missed. It went through everything and more. I highly recommend Lee and his services, everytime.
