very efficient and customer rep phoned me back within 30minutes as stated when you connect Acorn. this was very proficient and content with service. Everything was sorted on one phone call.

Wanted to delay my car insurance cover…
Wanted to delay my car insurance cover by a week,when i explained this to the "lady" in ask acorn,she told me in no uncertain manner,that i cudnt do it,that it would cause a huge mountain of paper work,that insurance com.dont like doing it etc.All of this after been told by another "man"that he had put a note on my file and it wudnt be a problem.Iv never spoke to a company rep.before who was so much," i am right and you the customor are wrong"Very Abrupt and very discourtous best describes her.One star is one to many for the company.
