Applying for a mortgage can be daunting. I needed non-conforming financing because of the way that I am paid and while other brokers clearly did not want to put the effort into finding me a lender, Tim Spangler and Brad Binder did not hesitate to take on the task. They had to overcome several obstacles and jump through every hoop imaginable but they stuck to it and got me approved and clear-to-close in under 30 days. I have already started the process with them to purchase another property. Ask Local Mortgage is the only mortgage broker you should use.
